With Fibre being the latest technology, StarHub is continuously encouraging our customers to make the shift to Fibre platform, which include Digital Voice service.
As Fibre Broadband is a prerequisite for subscription to Digital Voice service, customers are advised to do fibre eligibility check from here.
We can arrange the installation at your convenience (minimum 5 working days). Our technician will deliver and install the Voice-enabled ONT (VeONT) at your premise upon installation appointment made.

No internal wiring is required if you connect your telephone set to the back of the Voice-enabled ONT (VeONT) using an ordinary double-ended RJ-11 cable. However, you need to install internal wiring if you wish to install the telephone set some distance away from the VeONT (e.g. another room).
Please inform our Customer Care Consultants when you place your order should you require internal wiring.

We recommend the use of a cordless telephone set if you wish to avoid installing additional wiring.
The installation fee for the Voice-enabled ONT (VeONT) is charged per installation visit.

Yes. There is an administration charge of $32.10 per request to change your Digital Voice Home telephone number.
