What is Hub Club Go about?
With effect from 31 May 2021, the all-new Hub Club Go will be enhanced to deliver a better customer experience for all customers. It is an improved loyalty programme that gives you:
- Bigger rewards and savings of up to 30% on your consumer mobile lines, including SIM only plans (excludes mobile monthly price plans that are below $15)
- Exciting rewards and treats via StarHub App
- Easy nomination of your family members to enjoy greater savings of up to 30% every month. Plus, view your Hub Club Go savings, easily on StarHub App
- It’s also easier to qualify as a member
What's new with Hub Club Go?
Hub Club Go comes with bigger rewards and savings of up to 30% on your consumer mobile lines, including SIM only plans (excludes mobile monthly price plans that are below $15). Plus, there's more ways to qualify!

|SIM Only Plan||SIM Only Plans qualify for line count but no discounts.||SIM Only Plans (excludes mobile monthly price plans that are below $15) qualify for line count and Hub Club Go discount.|
Please note that SIM Only plans on a promotional offer are not eligible for Hub Club Go discounts. However, these plans will still qualify as a line count.

CIS mobile lines, which already has exciting discounts, will not qualify for Hub Club Go membership or additional discounts. Lastly, Early Recontract Voucher has been discontinued and will not be part of Hub Club Go.
For customers who wish to renew their contract, you may easily check your contract status and eligibility via StarHub App!
How do I qualify to be a Hub Club Go member?
The all-new Hub Club Go has made it easier to qualify for our programme.
Simply sign up for 3 StarHub services and you will automatically be rewarded with a Hub Club Go Membership:
- 2 consumer Mobile lines and 1 residential Broadband service or
- 1 consumer Mobile line + 1 TV service + 1 Broadband service or
- 1 consumer Mobile line + 1 HomeHub+ service
How do I check my Hub Club Go membership status?
It’s easy! You can check your Hub Club Go membership by logging in to StarHub App. Make sure you have the latest version.
Tap on the Rewards icon (near the upper right). On the Rewards page, you'll see "Hub Club Go" on the top section if you're a Hub Club Go member. You can tap on that link to view your savings and discounts.
What is the validity of the membership?
Your Hub Club Go membership is valid as long as you meet and maintain the programme eligibility. To view the eligibility criteria, please visit starhub.com/hubclubgo.
Will I lose my Hub Club Go membership if I terminate one of the StarHub services?
To continue to enjoy the benefits in Hub Club Go membership, it’s important that you keep your service subscriptions as required in Q2.
Can I transfer my Hub Club Go membership to my family or friends?
We’re really sorry but the Hub Club Go membership is non-transferable.
How do I nominate mobile lines to enjoy the monthly Hub Club Go discounts?
An auto-nomination will be done by the system and this is based on the top 6 highest mobile price plans (before any promotional discounts) including SIM plans.
How do I nominate my family members to my Hub Club Go membership?
It’s easy! Simply log on to StarHub App, tap "Rewards"> "Hub Club Go" and you can put in your nomination request. This is a new feature that allows you to manage the nomination and denomination of family mobile lines with just a few taps. Plus, you can also view your total savings for both your mobile lines and your nominees’ mobile lines.
Can I drop one of the nominees if I want to register more mobile lines under my name?
We are happy to share that as a Hub Club Go member, you can nominate/denominate your mobile lines to enjoy greater mobile savings. Simply log in to StarHub App > tap "Rewards" > Hub Club Go. To remove a nominated mobile line, you can submit a removal request. Once your request is successful, you will receive a notification from us.
How many mobile lines can I nominate?
To enjoy up to 30% discount on all your consumer mobile lines (maximum of 6 mobile lines), you can nominate up to 5 mobile lines and this includes SIM only plans.
Simply log on to StarHub App, tap “Rewards” > Hub Club Go for more information.
I have a SIM only plan. Is this line eligible for Hub Club Go membership and discounts?
The Hub Cub Go programme rewards our customers who have SIM only plans too.
However, please note that mobile lines with a monthly fee of $15 and below will be excluded from the programme.
I have a CIS mobile line registered under my name. Will I get to enjoy Hub Club Go membership and discounts?
The Hub Club Go programme is a consumer loyalty programme that rewards our customers who are on consumer mobile lines. In this instance, your CIS mobile line will not qualify you for the Hub Club Go membership or additional discounts.

Do I enjoy the Hub Club Go membership with immediate effect?
We are thankful and value your support for staying with us.
You may continue to enjoy the current Hub Club benefits as long as your services remain unchanged.

Hub Club Go is the all-new loyalty programme that takes effect from 31 May 2021.
▪ Sign up for a new Mobile line or TV or Broadband service after this date, or
▪ Recontract any of your StarHub services after this date, or
▪ Register your interest to upgrade to the all-new Hub Club Go programme via StarHub App
Your current Hub Club membership will be upgraded to the all-new Hub Club Go programme. You will then enjoy the benefits and savings under Hub Club Go membership.
If I terminate one of my services such as TV or Broadband, will I lose my membership?
In this instance, you will lose your Hub Club membership as you will not meet the programme eligibility.
However, we have made it easier to keep your Hub Club Go membership which you can learn more about at starhub.com/hubclubgo.
If I terminate one of my services and take up a new service after 6 months, which membership will I enjoy?
We are happy to share that you will enjoy the Hub Club Go membership in this case!
