What is Hub Club Go about? 

Hub Club Go offers bigger rewards and savings of up to 30% on selected consumer mobile lines, with more ways to qualify!

Note: The following plans are excluded from Hub Club Go: Star Plan, 5G Unlimited+ Plans, 5G Platinum Plans, CIS Plans, Senior Plans, Data Only Plans, and mobile plans under $15/month.

How do I qualify to be a Hub Club Go member?

Qualifying for Hub Club Go is simple!

Simply sign up for 3 StarHub services to automatically enjoy Hub Club Go benefits:

  • 2 consumer Mobile lines and 1 residential Broadband service or
  • 1 consumer Mobile line + 1 TV service + 1 Broadband service or
  • 1 consumer Mobile line + 1 HomeHub+ service

Please note that the following mobile lines are not eligible for Hub Glub Go: 5G Unlimited+ Plans, Star Plans, CIS plans, 5G Platinum Plans, Senior Plans, Data Only plans, and mobile plan with a net recurring charge of $15 or less per month.

How do I check my Hub Club Go membership status?
  • Log in to the StarHub app (latest version required).
  •  Tap on the Perks icon below. On the Perks page, you’ll see “Hub Club Go” at the top if you’re a member.
  •  Tap to view your savings and discounts.

What is the validity of the membership?

Your Hub Club Go membership is valid as long as you meet and maintain the programme eligibility. To view the eligibility criteria, please visit starhub.com/hubclubgo.

Will I lose my Hub Club Go membership if I terminate one of the StarHub services?

To continue to enjoy the benefits in Hub Club Go membership, it’s important that you keep your service subscriptions as required in Q2.

Can I transfer my Hub Club Go membership to my family or friends?

We’re really sorry but the Hub Club Go membership is non-transferable.

How do I nominate mobile lines to enjoy the monthly Hub Club Go discounts?

Auto-nomination is performed by the system based on the top 6 highest mobile price plans (before any promotional discounts).

Note: The following plans are excluded from Hub Club Go: Star Plan, 5G Unlimited+ Plans, 5G Platinum Plans, CIS Plans, Senior Plans, Data Only Plans, and mobile plans with a net recurring charge of $15 or less per month.

How do I nominate my family members to my Hub Club Go membership?

Log in to StarHub app > tap “Perks” > “Hub Club Go” > submit your nomination request.
You can manage add/remove family lines and view your total savings in the app.

Can I drop one of the nominees if I want to register more mobile lines under my name?

Yes. Log in to StarHub app > tap “Perks” > “Hub Club Go” > submit a removal request.
Once successful, you’ll receive a notification from us.

How many mobile lines can I nominate?

You can nominate up to 5 mobile lines (including eligible SIM only plans) for a maximum of 6 consumer mobile lines enjoying up to 30% discount each month.

Note: The following plans are excluded from Hub Club Go: Star Plan, 5G Unlimited+ Plans, 5G Platinum Plans, CIS Plans, Senior Plans, Data-only Plans, and mobile plans with a net recurring charge of $15 or less per month.

I have a SIM only plan. Is this line eligible for Hub Club Go membership and discounts?

You can nominate up to 5 mobile lines (including eligible SIM only plans) for a maximum of 6 consumer mobile lines enjoying up to 30% discount each month.

Note: The following plans are excluded from Hub Club Go: Star Plan, 5G Unlimited+ Plans, 5G Platinum Plans, CIS Plans, Senior Plans, Data-only Plans, and mobile plans with a net recurring charge of $15 or less per month.

I have a CIS mobile line registered under my name. Will I get to enjoy Hub Club Go membership and discounts?

The Hub Club Go programme is a consumer loyalty programme that rewards our customers who are on consumer mobile lines. In this instance, your CIS mobile line will not qualify you for the Hub Club Go membership or additional discounts.

Do I enjoy the Hub Club Go membership with immediate effect?

Thank you for continuing to choose StarHub!

You may continue to enjoy your existing Hub Club benefits as long as your services remain unchanged.

For more details on Hub Club Go benefits, you can log on to StarHub app > "Perks" > Hub Club Go.

The revamped Hub Club Go programme has been in effect since 31 May 2021.

If you:
▪ Sign up for a new Mobile line or TV or Broadband service after this date, or
▪ Recontract any of your StarHub services after this date, or
▪ Register your interest to upgrade to Hub Club Go programme via StarHub app


Your existing Hub Club membership will be upgraded to the Hub Club Go programme. You will then enjoy the benefits and savings under Hub Club Go membership.


Note: Hub Club Go benefits apply only to eligible mobile plans. For details, refer to the FAQ “What is Hub Club Go about?

If I terminate one of my services such as TV or Broadband, will I lose my membership?

In this instance, you will lose your Hub Club membership as you will not meet the programme eligibility.


However, we have made it easier to keep your Hub Club Go membership which you can learn more about at starhub.com/hubclubgo.

If I terminate one of my services and take up a new service after 6 months, which membership will I enjoy?

We are happy to share that you will enjoy the Hub Club Go membership in this case!


The old Hub Club membership will lapse once eligibility is not maintained. For more information on Hub Club Go and its exciting benefits, you can visit starhub.com/hubclubgo.
