Prepaid Mobile Broadband User Guide

iPad/iPhone/Tablet/Smartphone users
- Insert your Internet SIM into your device.
- Follow the instructions to activate your data plan. (Note: The price of the data plan selected will be deducted from the main balance of your Internet SIM. Please ensure adequate main balance prior to selection of your desired plan. If not, please top up using the top-up option).

USB Modem users
- Insert your Internet SIM into your StarHub USB modem and follow the steps on-screen to install the USB modem software.
- Click on the MaxMobile Prepaid icon that will appear on your desktop after successful installation.
- On the Mobile Broadband modem dashboard, click on Connection tab > Connect.
- Follow the instructions to activate your data plan. (Note: The price of data plan selected will be deducted from the main balance of your Internet SIM. Please ensure adequate main balance prior to selection of your desired plan. If not, please top up using the top-up option).
