3. How do I redeem the Tefal premiums?

You will receive a redemption letter via email from StarHub within 30 working days upon successful broadband installation.​ Customers will need to collect the premiums from the following address, within 30 days from the redemption letter issuance.​

4. If I have an existing StarHub personal line, can I still enjoy PAssion Card exclusive mobile offers?​

Ready to change plans? Switch to our 5G Unlimited+ Core Plan and above or 5G Platinum Plans to unlock even greater benefits.​

With these new plans, you'll get to enjoy:​

  • Unlimited local 5G data, calls and SMS.​
  • Built-in global roaming and unlimited calls & SMS in 165 destinations
  • Monthly DeviceDollars on us to offset your device instalments.​

There are no early termination charges (ETC) when you switch from a 1-year SIM Only plan to a 5G Unlimited+ or 5G Platinum Plan.

5. I am a PAssion card holder but forgot to bring my physical card. Can I still enjoy the offer?

Simply open your MyPAssion app and show us your eCard, and you'll get to enjoy your exclusive perks.​

You are welcome to sign up for up to 4 mobile lines (inclusive of any CIS lines you may have).​

If you need even more lines to keep the whole family connected, feel free to add them! Just keep in mind that any lines from your 5th plan onwards will not be eligible for PAssion discounts.​​

Note: Final line eligibility is subject to a quick, standard assessment at point of sale.​
