1. How can I purchase the new iPhone and Apple Watch lineup?​

The new iPhone Duo, iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max are available for purchase online or at all StarHub shops islandwide, while stocks last. You can locate your nearest StarHub shop here. 

2. Is there a purchase limit on the number of iPhone devices I can purchase?

Yes. To ensure fair access for all customers, purchases are limited to one (1) unit of iPhone Duo and up to two (2) units of iPhone 18 Pro or iPhone 18 Pro Max per customer, regardless of model, colour, storage capacity, purchase method or whether the devices are purchased with or without a mobile plan.

This limit applies across all StarHub sales channels and transactions. StarHub reserves the right to reject or cancel orders that exceed the purchase limit, including multiple orders reasonably determined to be from the same customer.

 

3. Does the new iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo support both physical SIM and eSIM?

The iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max support dual SIM (nano-SIM and eSIM). You can choose your preferred SIM type with any of our mobile plans

The iPhone Duo is eSIM only. It can support dual eSIM, allowing two eSIM lines to remain active at the same time. You can store up to 8 eSIM profiles.

 

4. What is the $200 trade-in bonus cashback offer? How can I redeem it?
