2. Pack the Set-top Box, remote control, Coaxial Cable and AV cables (component/composite/HDMI) into a box

3. Update your service address and billing address on My Account Manager

4. Connect your devices to the cable point at your new place

5. You are ready to use the service

 

StarHub Cable Broadband Service and StarHub Digital Voice Home Service

1. Check the Cable Ready Status of your new place over at http://bit.ly/CableReadyStatus

2. Pack the cable modem, router (if applicable) and coaxial cable into a box

3. Update your service address and billing address on My Account Manager

4. Connect your devices to the cable point at your new place

5. You are ready to use the service

 

StarHub Fibre Broadband Service and StarHub Digital Voice Home Service

1. Check the Fibre Ready Status of your new place over at http://bit.ly/FibreReadyStatus

2. Contact StarHub Customer Service at 1633 or http://bit.ly/StarHubQuery to request for the relocation of your Fibre Broadband Service

3. Fix the appointment date for the installation of your Fibre Broadband Service at your new place

4. Pack the ONT, Wireless Home Gateway (if applicable), router (if applicable) and Optical Fibre Cable into a box

5. The technician will arrive at your new place at the scheduled day and time to perform the installation

6. You are ready to use the service

 

Please note: For relocation of Fibre Broadband service, the following charges will be applicable:

 

1) Relocation Fee: $120 (w/GST)

2) Installation Fee: $90 (w/GST)

3) Service Activation Fee: $56.71 (w/GST)
