Terms & Conditions for 2010 FIFA World Cup™ Package

1. The 2010 FIFA World CupTM Package (“World Cup Package”) is applicable to active postpaid StarHub CableTV residential customers who do not have any outstanding amounts due to StarHub under any StarHub accounts.
2. StarHub reserves the right to reject any application for subscription to the World Cup Package.
3. There will be no refund on the payment for the World Cup Package if the order or subscription of the World Cup Package is cancelled or terminated for any reason whatsoever.
   
4. A one-time flat fee of $70.62 (including GST) is applicable to StarHub CableTV customers who sign-up for the World Cup Package by 31 May 2010. For StarHub CableTV customers who sign-up after 31 May 2010, a one-time flat fee of $94.16 (including GST) is applicable.
   
5. The World Cup Package includes live telecast of up to 64 matches from the 2010 FIFA World CupTM on the World Cup Channels. StarHub CableTV customers who subscribe to the World Cup Package will enjoy free access to simultaneous broadcast on their computers if they are existing StarHub MaxOnline customers and/or on Mobile TV if they are existing StarHub Mobile customers.
   
6. Customers are not entitled to any pro-rating of the applicable fee for the World Cup Package if sign-up takes place after the relevant World Cup Package has started.
   
7. Hub Club discount is not applicable to subscription of the World Cup Package.
   
8. The World Cup Package is part of StarHub CableTV Services. The subscription to the World Cup Package is subject to these terms and conditions, StarHub's General Terms & Conditions for Info-communications Services and the Service Specific Terms and Conditions for StarHub TV Services which can be found at www.starhub.com (collectively “the StarHub Terms and Conditions”).
   
9. StarHub reserves the right to revise any of the StarHub Terms and Conditions and/or such other terms and conditions agreed or accepted by customers (including price plans and payment terms) at its discretion without prior notice. Customers’ sign-up for the World Cup Package and continued reception or use of the World Cup Channels under the World Cup Package will constitute acceptance of the StarHub Terms and Conditions (including revisions thereof).

Terms & Conditions for 2010 FIFA World Cup™ Prepaid Pack (From 15 May 2010 to 6 July 2010)

1. The 2010 FIFA World CupTM Prepaid Pack (“World Cup Prepaid Pack”) is applicable to residential customers who are not subscribers of StarHub CableTV and do not have any outstanding amounts due to StarHub under any StarHub accounts.
   
2. Each customer is entitled to only one sign-up for the World Cup Prepaid Pack.
   
3. StarHub reserves the right to decline any application for subscription to the World Cup Prepaid Pack.
   
4. There will be no refund on the payment for the World Cup Prepaid Pack if the order or subscription of the World Cup Prepaid Pack is cancelled or terminated for any reason whatsoever.
   
5. A one-time subscription fee of $70.62 (including GST) is applicable to customers who sign-up for the World Cup Prepaid Pack by 31 May 2010. For customers who sign-up after 31 May 2010, a one-time subscription fee of $94.16 (including GST) is applicable.
   
6. In addition to the subscription fee, a one-time fee of $10.70 (including GST) for use of Digital set-top box is applicable to customers who sign-up for the World Cup Prepaid Pack.
   
7. The World Cup Prepaid Pack includes live telecast of all 64 matches from the 2010 FIFA World CupTM on the World Cup Channels.
   
8. The basic groups and add-on channels offered as part of the StarHub Cable TV services are not available to customers who subscribe to the World Cup Prepaid Pack.
   
9. Subscribers of the World Cup Prepaid Pack are not prohibited from subscribing to a StarHub Cable TV plan to enjoy the basic groups and/or sign up for any add on channels. For avoidance of doubt, the subscription of the World Cup Prepaid Pack is not a pre-condition to the subscription of a StarHub Cable TV plan, or vice-versa.
   
10. Customers who subscribe to the World Cup Prepaid Pack are only entitled to one Digital set-top box.
    
11. Unless StarHub permits otherwise, the Digital set-top box must be returned to any StarHub Customer Service Centre by 30 September 2010, failing which a charge of $214 (including GST) will be applicable for loss of set-top box.
    
12. Existing StarHub MaxOnline and StarHub Mobile customers who sign-up for the World Cup Prepaid Pack will not be entitled to simultaneous broadcast on their computers and/or on Mobile TV.
    
13. Customers are not entitled to any pro-rating of the applicable fee for the World Cup Prepaid Pack if sign-up takes place after the relevant World Cup Prepaid Pack has started.
    
14. The World Cup Prepaid Pack is not applicable to commercial and DTTV customers
    
15. Hub Club discount is not applicable to subscription of the World Cup Prepaid Pack.
    
16. The World Cup Prepaid Pack is part of StarHub CableTV services. The subscription to the World Cup Prepaid Pack is subject to these terms and conditions, StarHub's General Terms & Conditions for Info-communications Services and the Service Specific Terms and Conditions for StarHub TV Services which can be found at www.starhub.com (collectively “the StarHub Terms and Conditions”). Should a customer subscribe to a StarHub Cable TV plan, StarHub’s General Terms & Conditions for Info-communications Services and the Service Specific Terms and Conditions for StarHub TV Services shall take precedence over these terms and conditions.
    
17. StarHub reserves the right to revise any of the StarHub Terms and Conditions and/or such other terms and conditions agreed or accepted by customers (including price plans and payment terms) at its discretion without prior notice. Customers’ sign-up for the World Cup Prepaid Pack and continued reception and use of the World Cup Channels will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and the StarHub Terms and Conditions (including revisions thereof).

Terms & Conditions for 50% Off HubStation HD for 3 Months Promotion

1. This promotion is applicable from 7 May 2010 to 11 July 2010.
   
2. This promotion is applicable to new and existing StarHub CableTV residential customers who do not subscribe to HubStation HD.
   
3. Customers’ homes must be connected to StarHub’s cable network with two-way interactivity.
   
4. Promotional discount is only applicable to the main cable TV outlet and is limited to $7.49 per month.
   
5. HubStation HD installation fee of $32.10 (including GST) for cable TV connection and $53.50 (including GST) for a PC connection are applicable.
   
6. An equipment deposit of $250 for the HubStation HD is chargeable for customers who are not Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Terms and Conditions for Set-top Box Swap:

1. Set-top box swap is applicable to active residential StarHub CableTV customers who:
   • subscribe to a minimum of 3 Basic Groups; and
   • do not have any outstanding amounts due to StarHub under any StarHub accounts.
   
2. Set-top box swap is not applicable to commercial customers and DTTV customers.
   
3. At the point of swap, charges will apply for non-return of remote control, smart card, RCA cable and/or power cord.
   
4. Upon service activation, customers will be billed the monthly fee of $14.98/$8.56/$6.42 for HubStation HD/HubStation/HD Interactive set-top box used for the main cable TV outlet and $23.54/$17.12/$14.98 for HubStation HD/HubStation/HD Interactive set-top box used for an additional cable TV outlet.
   
5. In the event of a dispute, a customer's entitlement to sign-up for the set-top box swap is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub. The set-top box swap is part of StarHub CableTV services. The use of the set-top box is subject to these terms and conditions, StarHub's General Terms & Conditions for Info-communications Services and the Service Specific Terms and Conditions for StarHub TV Services which can be found at www.starhub.com (collectively “the StarHub Terms and Conditions”).

Customers’ sign-up for the set-top box swap and continued use of the set-top box will constitute acceptance of the StarHub Terms and Conditions (including revisions thereof).

General Terms and Conditions

1. HD Add-on tier is only available to StarHub CableTV residential customers who have a HubStation HD/ HD Interactive set-top box.
2. SuperSports Plus (Ch 21) is only available when matches are simulcast.
3. Cricket Extra (Ch111) is only available when matches are simulcast on STAR Cricket.
4. Sports HD (Ch 304) is only available during selected sports matches and special telecasts of programmes, to Sports Group subscribers with HubStation HD/ HD Interactive set-top boxes.
5. StarHub CableTV customers must subscribe to HBO before they can subscribe to The HBO PAK. StarHub CableTV customers who currently subscribed to HBO can upgrade to The HBO PAK for an additional $4.28 per month. HBO On Demand is only available to StarHub CableTV customers subscribing to The HBO PAK and who have a HubStation/ HubStation HD.
6. StarHub CableTV customers must subscribe to STAR CHINESE MOVIES before they can subscribe to STAR CHINESE MOVIES PACK. StarHub CableTV customers who currently subscribed to STAR CHINESE MOVIES can upgrade to STAR CHINESE MOVIES 2 for an additional $4.28 per month.
7. StarHub CableTV customer must subscribe to Education Basic Group and have HubStation HD/ HD Interactive set-top box before they can subscribe to Education HD.
8. StarHub CableTV customers must subscribe to Kids Basic Group and have HubStation/ HubStation HD before they can subscribe to Disney Channel @ Play.
9. StarHub CableTV customers must subscribe to VV Drama and have HubStation/ HubStation HD before they can subscribe to VV Drama on Demand.
10. StarHub CableTV customers must subscribe to TVBJ and have HubStation/ HubStation HD before they can subscribe to TVBJ on Demand.
11. Customers may upgrade channel(s) at anytime. Downgrade of services will be effective on your next billing cycle after we receive your notice to downgrade as long as you have continuous subscription of one month immediately preceding the downgrade. An administrative charge of $10.70 (with 7% GST) may be levied each time you make a change to your channel combination.
12. Fashion TV: Some programmes may not be suitable for children. Viewer's discretion is advised.
13. To sign up for Horse Racing Channel 88, you must have an existing Tele-bet account with Singapore Turf Club. For more details, please call Singapore Turf Club at 6879 1388 from Mondays to Fridays (from 8am to 5pm) and weekend (from 10.30am to the last race of the day). Channel 89 will be available when there is simulcast of races.
14. Channels in the Complimentary tier and Interactive TV are provided free to StarHub CableTV residential customers who subscribe to minimum 3 Basic Groups. HD5 is only available through through HubStation HD, HD Interactive set-top box and HD set-top box.
    Other Terms and Conditions
15. The provision and use of StarHub CableTV services is subject to StarHub's General Terms and Conditions for Info-Communication Services, Service Specific Terms & Conditions for StarHub CableTV, HubStation and such other terms and conditions as may be applicable. These terms and conditions are available at www.starhub.com.
16. Other terms and conditions, whether in addition to or lieu of the terms and conditions set out above, shall apply to such promotions as StarHub may offer from time to time.
17. StarHub shall determine the persons who are eligible for the price plans above and such promotions as StarHub may offer from time to time, at its sole absolute discretion.
18. StarHub reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions (including price plans and charges) at its sole discretion without any prior notice to its StarHub CableTV customers. Use of StarHub CableTV services shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
