  1. What is Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) Happy Welcome Pack?

    It is a welcome package with exclusive dining and lifestyle perks for our new StarHub CIS subscribers!

  2. How can I qualify for the CIS Happy Welcome Pack?

    A customer who signs up for a NEW 2-year XS or above mobile plan under StarHub’s Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) at any StarHub Shop, Exclusive Partner Outlet, Roadshow or StarHub CIS Online Store, will be eligible to receive a CIS Happy Welcome Pack.

  3. Why do I receive different offers from my friend/colleague who signed up for a new StarHub CIS mobile line?

    We refresh our offers every 2 months so that our customers will be offered with a variety of perks. A customer will receive his/her respective CIS Happy Welcome Pack according to his/her date of sign-up. You could have received a different Welcome Pack from your friend/colleague because he/she has signed up during a different issue period.

  4. When will I receive my CIS Happy Welcome Pack?

    An Electronic Direct Mailer (EDM) containing the redemption link will be sent to your email address that you provided at point of sign-up within 10 working days

    A reminder EDM containing your unredeemed offers will also be sent to you either 30 days after the first EDM sent or 15 days before the expiry of the offers, which is earlier.

  5. I did not receive any redemption email, why and who should I contact?

    You can contact us at for assistance. We will reply you within 2 working days after receiving your email.

  6. I signed up a new mobile line on behalf of my child under StarHub CIS Youth Perks, will I receive the CIS Happy Welcome Pack?

    Yes, as long as you have provided a valid email address at point of sign-up, you will receive the redemption email to redeem your CIS Happy Welcome Pack.

  7. Are the happy pack vouchers transferable?

    You can forward to the redemption link to your family or friends. However, each offer can only be redeemed once.

  8. Do I always need to go to the redemption portal to view my vouchers?

    Yes, the link to the redemption portal is unique to each customer.

  9. Once I redeemed, will the vouchers be removed from my portal?

    Yes, the redeemed offers will be greyed out.

  10. Can the validity period of the vouchers be extended?

    Each eligible customer who is offered the CIS Happy Welcome Pack must redeem each offer by the expiry date stipulated by the relevant Participating Merchant, failing which the offer shall lapse.
