To check your eligibility for a New Sign-Up or Recontract, simply log in with your Hub iD and select either "New Sign-Up" or "Recontract". We will then determine your eligibility for your selected option.
2. How many lines am I entitled to?
Your eligibility is based on the eligibility assessment that StarHub will conduct at the point of sale.
