General bill overview

This is an overview of how a general StarHub bill will look like for customers with multiple product/services. Mouse over the  numbers for the description/explanation for  the respective area.

Account No. – Your Billing Account No. which you will require when making one-off payment.

Payment Code – This information is required when completing a Recurring Credit Card payment form or GIRO payment form.
Previous Balance – Amount brought forward from previous bill(s).

Payment Received – Shows the payment received before the current bill is generated.

Amount Outstanding – Amount remained payable (if any) after deducting the payment received.

Current Charges – Amount due for the current bill that is sent to you.

Total Outstanding Amount – It is the Amount Outstanding (if any) + Current Charges. The date shown is the bill due date.
Summary – Current Charges – Current charges due for each service under the same billing account. For detailed breakdown, refer to subsequent pages under "Account Details".

The date is when the payment is shown in our records. For accounts on recurring payment, the payment deducted will be shown here.
For StarHub TV and Home Broadband services, the address shown is where the StarHub service is currently being used.
When you upgrade / downgrade your service during the billing period, the monthly subscription charge will be pro-rated. E.g. This account bill period is from 14/06/14 – 13/07/14. The charges shown is pro-rated from the date the service changed.

Add or Drop – This appears when you upgrade / downgrade your service. If there are any discounts / promotions, you will see the item in bold with the duration of the discount.
Subscription charges are billed in advance and listed in this section. E.g. Subscription listed is for the period of 14/07/14 – 13/08/14.
Rental charge for set-top boxes refers to rental of the set-top box from StarHub, which does not include the TV subscription.

Addtl Screen – Content fee applies from the 2nd set-top box onwards. For more details, refer to Other Charges.
StarHub promotion discounts (including Hub Club) given for the service will be shown in this section.
For StarHub TV customers with Demand TV purchase.
One–time charges refer to the activation fee of the value added service applied.
Mobile Serv. refers to the mobile subscription plan you have selected.
Free – After discount(s), the subscription charge will show as "Free" if the value is $0.
Usage billed is for the previous month billing period. The usage charges include discounts / promotions (if any). E.g. If your Current Subscription charge is for 14/07/2014 to 13/08/2014, the usage charge will be from 14/06/2014 to 13/07/2014.
This is the free local outgoing minutes you are currently enjoying based on your subscription plan.
This is your excess local outgoing call usage.
This is your excess outgoing call usage due to IDD.
This is from activation of 3rd party phone applications e.g. facetime, imessage, whastapp and/or overseas SMS.
This is the free bundled data (local) you enjoy based on your subscription plan.
This section provides details on various usage incurred by the mobile service including IDD and roaming . Information is given for each IDD 008/018 or Roaming calls/data. If you are subscribing to Itemised Bill , the local outgoing call usage will be shown in this section.
