SharePlus:

• SharePlus plan is available for subscription as a dependent plan ofanother mobile line (thereafter referred to as "main line") that issubscribed to PowerValue 300, PowerValue 700
• For the subscription of SharePlus plan at $10.70 (including GST) per month, the dependent line(s) can enjoy:
  • The sharing of Bundled local outgoing minutes and SMS bundle with the main line
  • An additional 1000 units of Bundled local SMS per dependent line subscribed (which will be added to the total bundle available for sharing)
  • The sharing of 100 FREE Outgoing Video Call Minutes per month if both the main line and dependent line are subscribed to a 3G plan
• The benefits as part of the subscription of SharePlus (e.g. sharing of local minutes/SMS, FREE IDD if applicable) may not be immediately available at point of subscription. It may take up to 3 days for the processing to be completed. Hence, all IDD 018 calls made may be chargeable and any usage (e.g. voice calls, SMS) made during this period may not be deducted from the bundled units and will also be chargeable.
• Excess usage incurred on the main line and the dependent line beyond the total bundled units of outgoing voice/video minutes and SMS will be charged at 16.05 cents per minute and 5.35 cents per SMS respectively.
• The service is only available for subscription to NRIC/FIN-registered customers. The subscriber must be above 21 years old, a Singaporean, Permanent Resident or Foreigner holding on one of the following foreigner pass types - P1, P2, PEP, Diplomat, Q1, S Pass,Non-Diplomat, Entree Pass, Training Visit Pass.
• The SharePlus subscription can be on a new or existing StarHubMobile Postpaid line not on a contract (Prevailing fee of $10.70 for change of service plan applies).
• For new sign up of StarHub Mobile Postpaid line for SharePlus subscription, a one-time registration / SIM card charge of $37.45applies.
• Each main line is allowed to sign up to a maximum of 2 dependent lines under the SharePlus plan, subject to a cap of not more than 2 dependent lines per NRIC/FIN.
• Both the main line and dependent line(s) must be registered under the same NRIC/FIN and under the same account. A maximum of 1 main line is allowed per account at any point.
• All existing policies pertaining to StarHub Mobile subscription applies for the subscription of SharePlus Plan.
• StarHub reserves the right to reject any application of SharePlus plan. In such cases, any usage that may be incurred on that line will be chargeable.
• For any change of plan request for an existing StarHub Mobile line to the SharePlus plan, the customer is responsible for any impact to his existing StarHub Rewards points and Hub Club privileges (e.g. Hub Club discount, handset upgrade privileges awarded to Principal Mobile Line every 12 months etc).
• The main line must remain active and continue to subscribe to one of the eligible plans in order for the dependent line(s) to remain active and share the bundled airtime and SMS.
• For any request for suspension of the main line, all usages on dependent line will be chargeable thereafter. StarHub reserves the right to suspend this line for any abuse use of the scheme.
• The dependent line will be terminated by default for any request to terminate the main line, unless otherwise requested for the dependent line to be put onto another service plan. The dependent line will not be allowed to be retained on the SharePlus plan following the termination of the main line.
• In the event where the main line is ported out to other serviceprovider, the SharePlus line will be defaulted to PowerValue 80 unlessotherwise requested to be changed to another plan or to be terminated.
• The dependent line is not eligible for any handset upgrade or any promotional handset offer that StarHub may offer unless otherwise stated.
• The dependent line will be eligible for Hub Club discount (if applicable).
• The FREE 100 SMS with Giro payment and any other add-on SMS bundle offered/subscribed on the main line will not be added to the bundled SMS available for sharing by dependent line. The free 100 SMS with GIRO payment will not be given for the dependent line.
• The benefit of converting Bundled SMS to Bundled MMS/Video MMS is also applicable on the SharePlus plan.
