50% OFF Celestial Movies for 3 Months Promotion

1. Promotion is valid from 14 January to 29 February 2012.
   
2. Promotion is open to new and existing StarHub CableTV residential customers who:
   
1. are subscribing to the new StarHub CableTV subscription plan with minimum 3 Basic Groups;
2. are not subscribing to Celestial Movies; and
3. do not have outstanding bill due to StarHub.
3. Minimum 3 continuous months of subscription to Celestial Movies is required.
4. Billing and promotional discount will take effect from channel/service activation date.
   
5. Promotional discount is limited to $4.28 per month and will be credited into customer's account on a monthly basis for the first 3 months.
   
6. Discounts will be credited to the customer’s account monthly for 3 continuous months. Thereafter, normal billing resumes. In the event should the service be suspended, the promotional discounts will not be given during the suspension period.
   
7. Promotional discount is:
1. non-exchangeable for cash or benefit-in-kind;
2. neither refundable nor transferable; and
3. cannot be used to offset any outstanding balance and/or previous month's subscription.
   
8. Unconsumed portion of the discount credit will be forfeited and is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any benefit-in-kind and is non-transferable.
   
9. In the event should the service be suspended, the promotional discount will not be given during the suspension period.
10. Promotion is not applicable to Commercial customers, Bulk Tier customers and StarHub employees on StarHub Employee Plan.
11. Promotion is not applicable with other in-house promotions, special packages and external offers unless specified by StarHub.
    
12. In the event of a dispute, a customer’s entitlement or rights (if any) under Promotion is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub. StarHub TV is part of StarHub CableTV services. The use of such services is also subject to StarHub’s General Terms & Conditions for Info-communications Services and Service Specific Terms & Conditions for StarHub CableTV, which can be viewed at StarHub’s website www.starhub.com.
    
13. StarHub reserves the right to revise these terms & conditions herein (including prices) at its discretion without prior notice. Participation in Promotion or use of StarHub CableTV will constitute acceptance of these terms & conditions and the amendments thereof.

1. Promotion is valid from 14 January to 29 February 2012.

2. are not subscribing to STAR Chinese Movies Pack; and
3. do not have outstanding bill due to StarHub.
3. Minimum 3 continuous months of subscription to STAR Chinese Movies Pack is required.
4. Billing and promotional discount will take effect from channel/service activation date.
   
5. Promotional discount is limited to $6.42 per month and will be credited into customer's account on a monthly basis for the first 3 months.
