How do I create an Enterprise ID?
Click here. This function is currently available for Authorised Officer of the company only.
- Simply fill up the form on the Welcome page.
- Enter your registered Company BRN and Email of Authorised Officer.
- Click “Submit” and check Email inbox for activation email from StarHub.

What should I do if I forget my Enterprise ID account password?
Follow these steps to reset your password:
- Visit the Enterprise ID login page.
- Click “Forget your password?”.
- Enter your email and click “Next”.
- Check your inbox for a password reset link and instructions for resetting your password.
- Click on the password reset link provided in your email.
- Create a new password, confirm the password, and click “Submit”.
- Upon successful submission, you can log in again with your new password.

How do I change my Enterprise ID account password?
Upon login to Enterprise Portal:
- Select your username in the top right corner of the navigation bar and click “View/Edit My Profile”.
- Click on "Login & Credentials".
- Click “Change Password”.
- Input the OTP sent to your mobile number or email.
- Enter your current and new password and click “Submit".
