How do I create an Enterprise ID?

Click here. This function is currently available for Authorised Officer of the company only.

  • Simply fill up the form on the Welcome page.
  • Enter your registered Company BRN and Email of Authorised Officer.
  • Click “Submit” and check Email inbox for activation email from StarHub.

What should I do if I forget my Enterprise ID account password?

Follow these steps to reset your password:

  1. Visit the Enterprise ID login page.
  2. Click “Forget your password?”.
  3. Enter your email and click “Next”.
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset link and instructions for resetting your password.
  5. Click on the password reset link provided in your email.
  6. Create a new password, confirm the password, and click “Submit”.
  7. Upon successful submission, you can log in again with your new password.

How do I change my Enterprise ID account password?

Upon login to Enterprise Portal:

  1. Select your username in the top right corner of the navigation bar and click “View/Edit My Profile”.
  2. Click on "Login & Credentials".
  3. Click “Change Password”.
  4. Input the OTP sent to your mobile number or email.
  5. Enter your current and new password and click “Submit".
