Zoom Licenses allow you to host group video and audio meetings, expandable to up to 1000 participants, and include collaborative tools such as Whiteboards and Team chat, facilitating users to seamlessly work together in real-time, regardless of their location.

• Zoom Room Connector: Allows users to connect Zoom Rooms to other collaboration tools such as Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, and more.

Zoom Licenses are charged on an annual recurring basis.

Yes, the minimum subscription period is 12 months.

Upon the expiry of the initial Minimum Period of Service, your Zoom Licenses will be renewed automatically for successive periods of 12 consecutive months. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

To add or remove Zoom Licenses, you can contact your StarHub Account Manager or email our Business Sales Team at business@starhub.com.

Unfortunately, Zoom Licenses cannot be transferred.
