What is StarHub SASE for SME?
It is a cloud-based network security solution for SMEs. It prevents malware, detects advanced threats, and protects data, for any user, location, and device, providing secure access to employees working remotely.
What does the complimentary SASE for SME trial include?
Eligible customers will be provided with a cloud security service that secures your employees’ remote network access, with features such as URL and content filtering, anti-malware with full file inspection and real-time SSL/TLS decryption.
A StarHub representative will reach out to eligible customers to schedule an appointment for the deployment.
When can I sign up for the complimentary SASE for SME trial?
You can sign up for the trial from 17 February 2022 to 31 December 2022.
Who is eligible for this complimentary SASE for SME trial?
SMEs who complete the DBS #CyberWellness programme are eligible for this trial.
How do I sign up for the SASE for SME trial?
To sign up, you must first register your interest here for the DBS #CyberWellness programme, and a DBS representative will reach out to you on the programme within 5 working days. Upon completion of the DBS #CyberWellness programme, a StarHub representative will contact you on the complimentary SASE for SME trial.
What is DBS #CyberWellness Programme?
DBS #CyberWellness programme is a complimentary online cybersecurity training developed by DBS’ cybersecurity team for SMEs and their employees. It comprises 10 modules covering topics such as phishing, digital scams and password protection.
Will I need to provide payment details to register for the SASE for SME trial?
No, payment details will not be required to register for the complimentary trial.
How long is the SASE for SME trial period?
The trial is for a period of 60 days from the day of service deployment.
What can I expect after the trial ends?
When the trial ends, the SASE for SME service will automatically be disabled, and you may choose to uninstall the application. This will have no impact on your laptop or computer.
How do I sign up for SASE for SME after the trial?
A StarHub representative will reach out to you 30 days after the start of your complimentary trial to gather feedback, during which you can opt to sign up for this service.

What should I do if I do not wish to continue with the trial?
You will need to manually uninstall the SASE for SME application. The uninstallation process is like other regular Windows apps, and there will be no impact on your laptop or computer.
