How do I pay my bills via the Enterprise Portal?
Step 1: Log in to Enterprise Portal via your Authorised Officer account.
Step 2: Click on "Billings", and "Your Billing Account" on the left panel.
Step 3: Click on the billing account number you wish to pay.
Step 4: Click on “Pay balance” on the right corner of the page.
Step 5: Select “Pay current balance” or “Pay custom amount”.
Step 6: Select Pay via one of the following methods: Credit Card or Giro.
How do I change my billing address for each account?
Step 1: Log in to Enterprise Portal via your Authorised Officer account.
Step 2: Click on "Billings", and "Your Billing Account" on the left panel.
Step 3: Click on the billing account number you wish to change the billing address.
Step 4: Click on "Billing Account Information" on the left panel.
Step 5: Click on the edit button on Address.
Step 6: Enter the new billing address you wish to change to and click Save.
Note: Only Postal Code and Unit number need to be keyed in.
