How can we help you today?
Transition from 3G to 4G/5G
Why should I change my 3G plan/device to one that supports 4G/5G?
As Singapore works towards having full-fledged 5G capabilities, our focus is now on enhancing our 4G and 5G network and services. Customers on 4G/5G plans will have a better and more seamless experience compared to those who are using 3G, as 4G offers up to five times faster mobile internet access and at a much lower network latency.
If you are still on a 3G subscription plan and/or device, we strongly encourage you to start planning for your services to be 4G/5G-ready as soon as possible.
You can contact your StarHub Account Manager, Sales Representative, or email our Business Sales Enquiries at firstname.lastname@example.org for the latest available plans and promotions.
