How can I get the free Samsung Smart UHD TV?
It’s easy! You can simply sign up for or renew your existing Business Broadband to our 1Gbps Business Broadband plan with a minimum 24 months contract to get the free Samsung Smart UHD TV, whilst stocks last!
If I sign up for multiple 1Gbps broadband plans under the same company entity, am I entitled to multiple TV redemptions?
Yes, you’ll be entitled to redeem the same number of TVs based on the number of 1Gbps plan sign-ups.
How do I redeem my free Samsung Smart UHD TV?
It’s totally hassle-free! The free Samsung Smart UHD TV will be delivered to the address of your installed broadband service at no cost by our appointed courier company. You will receive a call followed by a confirmation SMS from the courier company within 20 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date. You can arrange your preferred delivery date and time directly with the courier company.
What time does the delivery start and end each day?
The delivery schedule starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 7 p.m. daily. (Except Sunday and PH)
What do I do if I need to make changes to the delivery date and time of my free Samsung Smart UHD TV?
Please reach out to the courier company on the number they first contacted you with to request any modification to your agreed date or time of delivery.
Will I be charged if I reschedule the delivery?
Rescheduling the delivery appointment for your free Samsung Smart UHD TV to be sent to the address of your installed broadband service is free as long as the courier company has not already attempted to make the delivery.
To reschedule your delivery, kindly ensure at least 2 working days in advance of your scheduled delivery for the courier company to make the necessary logistic arrangements.
How many days in advance should I contact the courier company if I need to make changes to my scheduled delivery?
Please contact the courier company at least 2 working days before your scheduled delivery for them to make the necessary logistic arrangements.
I missed the delivery appointment for the free Samsung Smart UHD TV. What should I do, and will I be charged for subsequent delivery?
The courier company will contact you again within 3 working days to arrange another delivery.
Subsequent deliveries will be chargeable at $59.40 (with GST) per trip by the courier company, payable directly to the delivery person by cash or PayNow. Re-delivery date and time will be subject to slot availability.
Can my employee / colleague receive the free Samsung Smart UHD TV on my behalf?
Yes, you can designate someone else to receive the free Samsung Smart UHD TV on your behalf if it is being delivered to the same address where your broadband service is installed.
I did not receive an SMS from StarHub about how my free Samsung Smart UHD TV will be delivered. What should I do?
Kindly allow 20 working days from your successful order installation date for the courier company to contact you about the delivery of your free premium.
If the order closure date has been over 20 working days, kindly contact your respective Account Managers servicing your account.
What do I get with the free Samsung Smart UHD TV?
Other than the TV, the TV stand, power cable, and remote control will be included. Please note that HDMI cable is not included.
Will there be free installation for the free Samsung TV?
There will be no free installation included.
Does the free Samsung Smart UHD TV come with a warranty?
Yes, Samsung Smart UHD TV comes with 1-year onsite servicing warranty by the manufacturer. Additional 2 years of extended onsite warranty will be given if warranty is registered within 30 days from the date of delivery. Do note that you will need a copy of the Delivery Order for registration of warranty online. The copy of Delivery Order will be issued by the courier on the day of the delivery.

What happens if I do not receive a copy of the Delivery Order from the courier?
Do remind the courier to give you a copy of the Delivery Order on the day of delivery of your TV.
Please reach out to the courier company on the number they first contacted you with to request a copy of the Delivery Order if necessary.
