DBS x StarHub Digital Bundle FAQ
StarHub has partnered with DBS to empower business growth by providing exclusive cost-efficient mobile and broadband deals for SMEs with a newly opened DBS Business Multi-Currency Account.
The promotion is valid from 13 December 2021 to 31 March 2022 (both dates inclusive).
This is exclusive for first-time SME business account holders with DBS. You will also be required to follow these steps to sign up for the Bundle:
Step 1: Apply for a DBS Business Multi-Currency Account between 13 December 2021 and 31 March 2022 (both dates inclusive) through the DBS online application form.
Step 2: After receiving your eWelcome letter from DBS, register your interest for the DBS x StarHub Digital Bundle here.
Step 3: Set up a recurring GIRO payment for your StarHub bills with the newly opened DBS Business Multi-Currency Account within 60 days of service activation.
No, as this Bundle is exclusive for first-time SME business account holders with DBS, registration must be done with DBS.
Download the GIRO Application Form and mail the completed original copy using the postage-paid mailer included.
In the form, you will be required to include your StarHub Payment Code. Here’s how:
a. Activate your Enterprise ID.
b. Download the StarHub Business Manager app and log in.
c. Within the app, go to Billing and select Payment Method.
d. Select Individual Billing Account to retrieve your Payment Code.
The GIRO application requires 4 to 6 weeks processing time. During this period, please arrange for manual payment of your bills.
A system generated letter of notification will be sent to you once your recurring GIRO application is approved or rejected by your bank.
You will see the following message on your StarHub bill once the GIRO arrangement is in effect: “The total outstanding balance will be deducted from your <last 3 digits of Bank Account No> via GIRO on DD/MM/YY."
The application will be rejected. Do resubmit the GIRO application with the correct StarHub Payment Code.
You will be required to pay a one-time admin fee of S$100 per service subscribed under the DBS x StarHub Digital Bundle promotion.
