SmartUC Password Reset/Change Instruction

Please follow these steps to reset /change your SmartUC password:
1. Log in to the SmartUC user administrator portal https://web.uc.starhub.com.
2. Go to Profile > Passwords.
3. Select “Set web access password” to reset the password then click “Apply”.
If you have forgotten your current password or your password has expired, please approach your SmartUC Administrator for assistance in resetting your password.
