It's easy and hassle-free! Your PRISM+ Q55 Ultra QLED+ 2026 TV will be delivered free of charge by PRISM+ to the address where your broadband service is installed. Within 45 working days from your order completion or successful broadband service installation (whichever is applicable), PRISM+ will contact you via phone or email to arrange the delivery. You'll be able to choose a delivery date and time that best suits your schedule.

You have the option of choosing a delivery time slot between 11am to 3pm or between 4pm to 8pm depending on the availability. 

You may visit PRISM+ Contact Us page for any modification requests to your agreed date or time of delivery. 

Rescheduling the delivery of your complimentary premium to the address where your broadband service is installed is free, provided PRISM+ has not yet attempted the delivery. Please ensure you reschedule at least 2 working days in advance of your scheduled delivery to allow PRISM+ to make the necessary logistics arrangements.

Please contact PRISM+ at least 2 working days before your scheduled delivery for them to make the necessary logistic arrangements. 

PRISM+ will contact you again within 3 working days to arrange another delivery. Subsequent deliveries will be chargeable at $50 (with GST) per trip payable to PRISM+. Re-delivery date and time will be subject to slot availability.

Yes. You may authorize someone else to receive your complimentary PRISM+ Q55 Ultra QLED+ 2026 TV on your behalf, provided it is being delivered to the same address where your broadband service is installed.

If you have requested delivery to a different address, the courier company will provide you with a Letter of Authorisation (LOA). Please complete and return the signed LOA before your delivery appointment can be scheduled. On the day of delivery, your authorized recipient must present their original NRIC for identity verification.

Please note that an administration fee of S$5.40 (inclusive of GST) applies for deliveries to a different address with an authorized recipient. This fee is payable directly to the delivery personnel via cash or PayNow.

Yes, PRISM+ Q55 Ultra QLED+ 2026 TV comes with a 3-years local warranty, please refer to the warranty policy as stated. The warranty is automatically registered by PRISM+ from the date of delivery, you may refer to the barcode serial number for warranty purposes.

Yes, you may purchase a fixed wall bracket that comes with free installation for $79 (with GST) or a swivel wall bracket that comes with free installation for $139 (with GST) at the time of scheduling your TV delivery with PRISM+. Please ensure that the delivery and installation of the TV with wall bracket (fixed/ swivel wall bracket) are done on the same trip. Any additional trips for the installation of your TV will be charged $50 (with GST) per trip by PRISM+, payable directly to PRISM+. 

Kindly allow 45 working days from your successful order installation date for PRISM+ to contact you about the delivery of your free premium. If the order closure date has been over 45 working days, kindly contact your respective Account Managers servicing your account.
