What is the Mix & Match Package?
Business owners can now customise their entertainment package of 3 channels, providing their customers with more entertainment options.
Customers can choose any of the 3 channels listed in (2), per Mix & Match Package.
- 3 channels of choice
- Free view channels inclusive: Arirang, Australia Plus (ABC Australia), SEA Today, NHK World Japan, and 6 local MediaCorp channels.

When can I subscribe to the Mix & Match Package?
The Mix & Match Package is available from now till 31 December 2024.
Is there any contract tagged to the Mix & Match Package?
You can sign up for the Mix & Match Package on 24 months or 36 months contract.
How can I subscribe to the Mix & Match Package?

I’ve subscribed to the Mix & Match Package. Will I immediately have access to the channels?
Channels will only be available after your Mix & Match Package has been provisioned and set top box installation is completed.
How much does the Mix & Match Package cost?
The Mix & Match Package pricing is as follows:

How do I qualify for the Promotion?
New and existing customers who sign up for the Mix & Match Package will qualify for this promotion.
Billing
I subscribed to the Mix & Match Package. When will I be billed?
Customers who subscribe to the Mix & Match Package will be billed on the day the service becomes active once order closure is completed.
How would the Mix & Match Package appear on the bill?
The selected channels would appear on the bill as à ala carte.
Will the monthly recurring charge change once the contract expires?
The monthly recurring charge will be reverted to the retail cost of $109 per à la carte channel per normal screen and/or to the retail cost of $163.50 per à la carte channel per large screen. Customers are encouraged to renew the contract before expiry to avoid unnecessary bill-shock.

How many channels are there for the Mix & Match Package?
Each Mix & Match Package comprises 3 channels of choice from the table in (2), plus freeview channels included.
How do I watch the channels with my TV set-top box?
Simply tune in to the channels you have selected after your Mix & Match Package service is activated.
