How do I make online purchases?

For existing StarHub business customers

1. Visit our Online Store to browse for the product(s) that you want

2. Log in to your Enterprise ID

- Visit Enterprise ID support for more information

- Sign up for Enterprise ID here

3. Select your desired product and plan, then proceed to either customise your order or check out

4. Review your order

5. Confirm your order and proceed to check out

6. Enter your delivery details and accept Terms & Conditions

7. Fill in your payment details and confirm payment

8. A confirmation email will be sent to you once you have submitted your order successfully

9. Present your documents for verification at point of delivery

- Physical copy of NRIC

- Company stamp


For Foreigners: A copy of your Passport or any Photo ID^ (e.g., ONE Pass, Employment Pass, Diplomatic Pass, EntrePass, Training Visit Pass, Work Permit, Student Pass, etc.)


For new StarHub business customers

To shop on Online Store, you will need an Enterprise ID. Contact us at smbonlinestore@starhub.com to find out more.

What products or services can I purchase from Online store?

Currently, our Online Store features only mobiles that come with plans. However, do visit us often as we will be updating our Online Store consistently with new products.

Must I have credit card to purchase from the Online Store?

We accept both debit and credit cards (MasterCard and Visa) for payments made in the StarHub Online Store. The Mastercard or Visa you used to pay online must be enrolled with security program of Mastercard Securecode and Verified by Visa. Service-related StarHub subscriptions will be charged to your StarHub bill.

How many lines can I sign up?

Enterprise customers will be eligible for selected services following the initial credit/eligibility assessment.
