How to schedule DataTravel with StarHub Business Manager app.

Follow these steps to schedule DataTravel.

Step 1

Login to StarHub Business Manager App and select “Profile” followed by “Switch to User mode”

 

Step 2

Click on “Switch Now” to proceed

Step 3

Click on the magnifying glass to search for the mobile number you would like to add value added services to

Step 4

Click on “View Details” for the mobile number you would like to add value added services to

Step 5

Click on “Roaming Data”, then “Add/Manage DataTravel"

Step 6

Select “Add more data"

Step 7

Click on “Schedule in advance"

Step 8

Select preferred DataTravel plan to activate

Step 9

Click on “Change” to select preferred date and time to activate DataTravel plan

Step 10

Select preferred date and time to activate DataTravel plan

Step 11

Review and click “Submit"

Step 12

You will receive an SMS confirmation upon successful submission request.

Your DataTravel plan will be activated within 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

You will only be charged upon successful activation on the scheduled date/time.

Step 13

Click on the “trash bin” icon if you wish to cancel.

Do note your request can only be cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled activation date and time.

Step 14

Select “Cancel DataTravel"

Step 15

You will receive an SMS confirmation upon successful submission of the cancellation request.
