How to Schedule DataTravel with My Business Account
Follow these steps to schedule DataTravel
Step 1
Login to My Business Account and click on “My Usages”
Step 2
Click on "Check/Add DataTravel"
Step 3
Click on "Add more data" or "Activate" to schedule DataTravel
Step 4
Click on "Schedule a date up to 30 days in advance"
Step 5
Select preferred DataTravel plan to activate
Step 6
Click on the calendar icon to select preferred date to activate DataTravel plan
Step 7
Click on the clock icon to select preferred time to activate DataTravel plan
Step 8
Review and click "Confirm"
Step 9
You will receive an SMS confirmation upon successful submission of the request. Your DataTravel plan will be activated within 30 minutes before the scheduled time. You will only be charged upon successful activation on the scheduled date and time.
Step 10
To cancel scheduled DataTravel request, click on "Cancel".
Do note your request can only be cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled activation time.
Step 11
Select "Confirm" to cancel DataTravel
Step 12
You will see a pop-up upon successful submission of the cancellation request.
