Terms & Conditions - Enterprise Messaging Promotion

 

  1. Applicants must be a small and medium-sized company, business or partnership (SMEs) registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) to be eligible for this Promotion.
  2. Applicants are required to present their latest business profile and other relevant documents as may be required by StarHub.
  3. Applications are subject to StarHub’s approval and credit checks.
  4. StarHub reserves the right to determine the eligibility of each sign-up under this Promotion.
  5. This promotion is valid till 31 Dec 2020. Minimum contract term of 24 months including the free 6 months subscription.
  6. The offer is for new subscriptions only, not applicable for existing Enterprise Messaging customers.
  7. Early termination charges apply for the remaining contractual period.
  8. The 500 monthly SMS are offered free for the first 6 months. Thereafter, each SMS is charged at $0.05. 
  9. StarHub reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate, whether in whole or part, this Promotion and/or any of these terms and conditions without prior notice and at StarHub's absolute discretion.
  10. Participation in this Promotion shall constitute acceptance of all these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
