Free SmartUC Mobile Programme ("Programme")

  1. Applicants must be a small and medium-sized company, business or partnership (SMEs) registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) to be eligible for this Programme.
  2. Applicants are required to present their latest business profile and other relevant documents as may be required by StarHub.
  3. Applications are subject to StarHub’s approval and credit checks.
  4. StarHub reserves the right to determine the eligibility of each sign-up under this Programme.
  5. Programme is valid from 12 February 2020 for a limited period only. StarHub reserves the right to end the Programme at any time without prior notice at its absolute discretion.
  6. StarHub will use its reasonable endeavours to meet a provisioning lead-time of 4 working days subject always to availability of network, service, resources, access, in-building cabling and tray and the procurement of all relevant approvals.
  7. Customers who sign up for new SmartUC Mobile subscription under this Programme will enjoy waiver of subscription till 1 September 2020. StarHub's prevailing rates apply thereafter. 
  8. Customers who sign up for new SmartUC Mobile VAS on SmartUC Fixed will enjoy waiver of subscription till 1 September 2020. StarHub's prevailing rates apply thereafter.
  9. Waiver of subscription will be reflected in the following month's bill.
  10. All prices stated are inclusive of 7% GST.
  11. In addition to there Terms & Conditions, StarHub's prevailing Business General and applicable Service Specific Terms & Conditions apply.

Dynamic Business Fibre Broadband Promotion ("Promotion")

  5. The Promotion is valid until 31 July 2020 unless otherwise notified by StarHub.
  6. StarHub will use its reasonable endeavours to meet a provisioning lead-time of 14 working days subject always to availability of network, service, resources, access, in-building cabling and tray and the procurement of all relevant approvals.
  7. All Dynamic Fibre Broadband lines/plans/services subscribed under the Promotion are subject to minimum 24 months' service contract commitment (“Minimum Period of Service”) unless otherwise stated.
  8. StarHub’s prevailing rates shall apply upon the expiry of the Promotion.
  9. Early termination and downgrade charges shall apply in the event of any premature termination prior to the expiry of the Minimum Period of Service.
  10. The Promotion includes free standard router rental and installation for Dynamic Fibre Broadband.
  11. Customers who sign up for new Dynamic Fibre Broadband plan will be eligible to receive certain “premium(s)” as applicable, while stocks last:

    For plans with a Minimum Period of Service of 24 months:

    (1) Subscription to 250Mbps Dynamic Fibre Broadband plan: free first 3 months subscription; or S$200 gift voucher.

    (2) Subscription to 350Mbps Dynamic Fibre Broadband plan: free first 3 months subscription; or S$250 gift voucher. 

    (3) Subscription to 1Gbps Dynamic Fibre Broadband plan: free first 3 months; or S$500 gift voucher.

    For plans with a Minimum Period of Service of 36 months:

    (1) Subscription to 250Mbps Dynamic Fibre Broadband plan: free first 3 months & last 3 months subscription; or S$350 gift voucher.

  12. Customers who re-contract Dynamic Fibre Broadband plan with Broadband Shield VAS will be eligible to receive certain “premium(s)” as applicable, while stocks last:

    For plans with a Minimum Period of Service of 24 months:

    (1) Re-contract of 250Mbps Dynamic Fibre Broadband plan: free first 3 months subscription; or S$200 gift voucher.

    (2) Re-contract of 350Mbps Dynamic Fibre Broadband plan: free first 3 months subscription; or S$250 gift voucher.

    (3) Re-contract of 500Mbps Dynamic Fibre Broadband plan: free first 3 months subscription; or S$350 gift voucher.

    (4) Re-contract of 1Gbps Dynamic Fibre Broadband plan: free first 3 months subscription; or S$500 gift voucher.

    For plans with a Minimum Period of Service of 36 months:

  13. Broadband Shield / Broadband Shield+: Broadband Shield and the Broadband Shield+ are value-added services (VAS) supplied in conjunction with Dynamic Fibre Broadband plans. FREE Broadband Shield is only applicable to new or re-contracting customers who purchase any Dynamic Fibre Broadband plans. Promotion price of $5/month (U.P. $10/month) for Broadband Shield+ is only applicable to new or re-contracting customers who purchase Dynamic Fibre Broadband plans. Promotion rates are valid throughout the contract period, prevailing rates shall apply upon contract expiry. Existing customers on any Dynamic Fibre Broadband plans can purchase Broadband Shield+ at $10/month unless otherwise stated.

  5. Promotion is valid until 31 July 2020 unless otherwise notified by StarHub.
  6. Promotion is applicable to new and re-contract sign-ups with a Minimum Period of Service of 6 months.
  7. Promotion includes free router rental for the Minimum Period of Service.
  8. Early termination and downgrade charges shall apply in the event of any premature termination.
  9. Promotion is not valid with any other promotions and/or discounts.
  10. StarHub’s prevailing rates shall apply upon the expiry of this promotion.
  11. StarHub will use its reasonable endeavours to meet an estimated provisioning lead-time of 7 working days, subject always to availability of resources and the procurement of all relevant approvals.
  12. Actual bandwidth and speed are dependent on a combination of factors, including mobile equipment, software used, Internet traffic, and destination server.
  13. Network Management Rules apply.

ePayroll Promotions

  1. Applicants must be a small and medium-sized company, business or partnership registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) to be eligible for this promotion.
  2. Applications are subject to StarHub’s approval and credit checks.
  3. StarHub reserves the right to decline any application.
  4. Applicants are required to present their latest business profile and other relevant documents as may be required by StarHub.
  5. A minimum contractual period of 24 continuous months is required (“Minimum Period of Service”). Early termination and downgrade charges shall apply in the event of any premature termination.
  6. This Promotion is valid until 31 July 2020 unless otherwise notified by StarHub.
  7. One-time charge of $267.50 applies and free 5 user licenses with minimum of 10 user licenses subscription at $1/month/user.
  8. Additional user to any ePayroll VAS package will be charged an additional $5.35/month/user.
  9. Customers who subscribe to ePayroll VAS on a standalone basis (without StarHub Business Broadband service) will pay $5.35/month/user.
  10. Applicants must attend a classroom type setup training session for ePayroll VAS within 1 month of successful signup. Classroom type of setup training may be conducted subject to StarHub’s written confirmation of the same. In the event customer requires a one-to-one setup consultation session (subject to availability of resources), a one-time charge of $267.50 (incl GST) per customer shall apply and payable upon StarHub’s written confirmation of such one-to-one setup training session.
  11. There shall be no pro-ration of the monthly recurring charges for ePayroll VAS under any circumstances.
  12. No other StarHub promotions, discounts and/or offers shall apply concurrently with the Promotion herein.
  13. Customer acknowledges and agrees that ePayroll VAS is a third party service and certain aspects of the service will be provided by a third party appointed by StarHub. Customer shall abide by the prescribed terms of service.
  14. StarHub reserves the right to suspend, terminate or vary any part of the Promotion, ePayroll VAS service and/or any of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  15. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, StarHub’s prevailing business general and applicable service specific terms and conditions apply.

Business Mobile Promotions (For new and existing customers)

  1. This Promotion is valid until 31 July 2020, unless otherwise notified by StarHub.

  3. Business Mobile Exclusive Promotion is valid for customers who sign up or recontract for the Business mobile line on XS plans and above will enjoy up to $650 handset discount, free Caller Number Display and International Roaming Subscription for first 24 continuous months, prevailing rates apply thereafter. Customers who sign up for the Business Mobile line on XS and above plans will get to enjoy Free Data Add-On VAS of 5GB/15GB/25GB/40GB/50GB on the respective Business Mobile plans for the first 24 continuous months. Customers who sign up or recontract for the Business mobile line online on S, M, L & XL plan will enjoy promotional monthly subscription of $61.20, $79.20, $97.20 & $214.20 respectively for the first 24 continuous months. Prevailing rates apply thereafter. Customers who sign up for the Business Mobile line on XS plan will get to enjoy free additional outgoing minutes which consist of free Voice Add-on VAS of 200 minutes and customers who sign up for the Business Mobile line on S plan will get to enjoy free additional outgoing minutes which consist of 1) Free Voice Add-on VAS of 100 minutes and 2) Free Voice Upsize VAS of 300 minutes for the first 24 continuous months. Free Voice Add-on VAS is available for the first 24 continuous months and will automatically discontinue from the 25th month onwards. The outgoing minutes will revert to the plan’s original outgoing minutes. Any usage in excess of the plan’s outgoing minutes bundle will be charged at prevailing rates. The voice add-on VASes are prorated according to bill cycle. Prevailing rates apply thereafter.
  4. Business Mobile SIM Only 1-Year Promotion is valid for customers who sign up a new or recontract to Lite and XS/S/M/L/XL Business Mobile Plan. Customers will enjoy a credit rebate value worth 60% of the prevailing monthly subscription for Lite/XS/M/L/XL and 63.24% of the prevailing monthly subscription for S plan. Customers who sign up on Business Mobile XS and above plans will enjoy free Caller Number Display and free International Roaming subscription. Customers who sign up on Business Mobile XS/S/M/L/XL plans will enjoy free Data Add-on VASes, The Data Add-on VASes 20GB/25GB/30GB/50GB/40GB are applicable on the respective Business Mobile plans and is valid for 12 months consecutively, and will automatically discontinue from the 12th month onwards. Customers who sign up for the Business Mobile line on XL plan will get to enjoy Free DataJump VAS of 20GB on the respective Business Mobile plan for the first 12 continuous months.Customers who sign up for the Business Mobile line on XS plan will get to enjoy free additional outgoing minutes which consist of free Voice Add-on VAS of 200 minutes and customers who sign up for the Business Mobile line on S plan will get to enjoy free additional outgoing minutes which consist of 1) Free Voice Add-on VAS of 100 minutes and 2) Free Voice Upsize VAS of 300 minutes for the first 24 continuous months. Business Mobile Promotions – Recontract (For existing customers only)

  1. This Promotion is valid until 31 July 2020, unless otherwise notified by StarHub.
  2. Applicants must be a company, business or partnership registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) to be eligible for these offers.
  3. Applications are subject to StarHub’s approval and credit checks. StarHub reserves the right to decline any application. Customer eligibility for promotions shall be determined by StarHub in its sole discretion.
  4. For customers on legacy plans or 4G plans that are no longer offered, renewal to new plans will be required. The service contract commitment is 24 months (unless otherwise notified by StarHub), and early termination and downgrade charges apply.
  5. Effective 1 February 2019, an administrative fee of $10.70 per re-contracting mobile line shall no longer apply. Wavier of one-time charges only applies for SIM card activation fee ($37.45), voice plan service charge ($10.70) and re-contract administrative fee ($10.70).
  6. Customers who recontract for the Business mobile line on XS and above plans will enjoy free Caller Number Display and International Roaming Subscription for first 24 continuous months, prevailing rates apply thereafter. Customers who sign up for the Business Mobile line on XS and above plans will get to enjoy Free Free Data Add-On VAS of 5GB/15GB/25GB/40GB/50GB on the respective Business Mobile plans for the first 24 continuous months. The Add-on VAS of 5GB, 15GB, 25GB, 40GB and 50GB shall apply to the Business Mobile XS, S, M, L and XL plans respectively.
  7. Customers who sign up for the Business Mobile line on XS plan will get to enjoy free additional outgoing minutes which consist of free Voice Add-on VAS of 200 minutes. Customers who sign up for the Business Mobile line on S plan will get to enjoy free additional outgoing minutes which consist of (1) Free Voice Add-on VAS of 100 minutes and (2) Free Voice Upsize VAS of 300 minutes. Free Voice Add-on VAS will automatically discontinue from the 25th month onwards, upon which the outgoing minutes available will revert to the relevant plan's original outgoing minutes. Any usage in excess of the plan's outgoing minutes bundle will be charged at prevailing rates. The voice add-on VASes are prorated according to bill cycle. Prevailing rates apply thereafter.
  8. Unlimited weekend data starts on Saturday 00:00 hrs to Sunday 23:59 hrs. Fair usage policies apply for Unlimited SMS/MMS, Unlimited talktime and Unlimited weekend data. Excess local data charges apply at $10.70 per 1GB, capped at $238 per month. Free SMS, Caller Number Display and International Roaming service subscription is valid for the 24 months and only on XS plan onwards, prevailing rates apply after the free months. Only for eligible customers as determined by StarHub.
  9. Recontract vouchers: Unutilized amount will be forfeited. The use of vouchers cannot be stacked with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated. Vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. 
  10. For XL mobile plan contract with contract start date after 31 August 2017, an early re-contract fee (ERF) of $300 is applicable with the $500 handset voucher usage if you do an early re-contract.
  11.  For recontract purchases via StarHub SMB online store, customers will be eligible for five (5) $10 Fairprice gift vouchers with every recontract on any Business Mobile S/M/L/XL plan. Customer will be able to redeem five (5) $10 Fairprice gift vouchers, unless otherwise notified by StarHub. A printed hardcopy of the email from StarHub stating the redemption information of the premium together with a copy of company’s business profile form the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authorities of Singapore (ACRA) dated within 1 month from the date of this application form OR Original authorisation letter on company’s letterhead indicating name, NRIC, and designation of Authorised Officer and Authoriser must be presented at point of redemption. Last 4 digits of the mobile number recontracted will be copied and retained by StarHub during the redemption process. The five (5) $10 Fairprice gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
