StarHub Business $888 CNY Lucky Draw 2020 

  1. Eligibility
    1.  The eligibility period for the Lucky Draw is from 1 January 2020 to 31 January 2020, both dates inclusive (“Lucky Draw Period”).
    2.  StarHub Business customers who fulfill conditions in Clause 2 below will qualify and be eligible to enter the Lucky Draw (“Participant(s)”).
  2. Lucky Draw Mechanics
    1. Participant must be a small and medium-sized company, business or partnership registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (“ACRA”) and must sign up for any of the following services listed in the table on www.starhub.com/cnydraw2020 (either by signing up for a new plan or re-contracting an existing plan) during the Lucky Draw Period.
    2. Winners (“Winner(s)”) will be picked from the eligible Participants. Each eligible Participant will be entitled to win a maximum of only ONCE in the Lucky Draw.
    3. For bundled services, number of chances allocated will follow the above guidelines. Illustration as follows:     
      1. SME Office Suite consists of a Business Fibre Broadband and a Business Mobile plan, and is therefore entitled to 2 chances.
      2. Business Fibre Broadband with 2 SmartUC Fixed/Converged bundle will be entitled to 3 chances.
      3. SmartDigi Bundle includes free 6 months subscription of Enterprise Messaging and SmartSecure with every every sign up for Business Fibre Broadband or Business Mobile line and is entitled to only 1 chance.         
    4. The Lucky Draw is not applicable to persons or other legal entities subscribed under NRIC, Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) or Corporate Volume Discount.
    5. Participants must not have any outstanding bills with StarHub during the Lucky Draw Period.
    6. The StarHub services purchased by the Participants (either by signing up for a new plan or re-contracting an existing plan) must not be cancelled at any time up to and including the Drawing Date (as defined below).  
    7. Notwithstanding anything in these terms and conditions, StarHub reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the eligibility of each Participant under this Lucky Draw and to disqualify any Participant without providing any reason.
  3. Prizes
    1. The following prizes have been allocated for the Lucky Draw:
      1. $888 for 8 winners
    2. The Winner acknowledges and agrees that StarHub makes no warranty whatsoever as to the prizes, including without limitation the availability, times, quality, fitness for purpose or any other aspects of the prizes.
    3. StarHub shall not be deemed to be the seller or transferor of the prizes. The prizes, and the delivery thereof, shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant sponsors, merchants and/or suppliers of the prize (“Prize Terms”). Each Winner agrees to be bound by such Prize Terms.
    4. The prizes, or any part thereof, are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credits or otherwise. To the fullest extent allowable by law, StarHub shall not be responsible for any other consequences including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property arising from or in connection with the redemption or use of the prizes.
    5. StarHub reserves the right to replace any prize with another item of equal or higher value, as determined by StarHub in its sole discretion, without prior notice.
    6. Winners will be notified by StarHub for prize presentation arrangements. In the event a Winner fails to claim the relevant prize in accordance with such prize presentation arrangements, the prizes will be forfeited.  Failure to respond to any notification from StarHub in relation to any prize won, or to provide any information or material required for the redemption/collection of any prize, shall be deemed to be a failure to claim such prize. Any Winner whose prize has been forfeited hereunder shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation.
    7. StarHub reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed prizes to other Participants or donate any unclaimed prizes to the Community Chest or any other approved charitable organization.
  4. Prize Collection and Use of Data
    1. The Lucky Draw will take place: (i) between 13 to 15 January 2020 where 2 winners will be picked; and (ii) on or around 31 January 2020 where the 6 remaining winners will be picked; or (iii) such other date as StarHub may determine in its sole discretion (the “Drawing Date”) at 67 Ubi Avenue 1 #05-01 StarHub Green Singapore 408942.
    2. The Winner will be notified via phone/email within 2 weeks after the Drawing Date.
    3. The prize(s) will be delivered to the winner.
    4. If the Winner fails to collect the prize by the deadline specified by StarHub, the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and no further correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances.
    5. The Winner shall also be required to sign an acknowledgement and release form in respect of its use of the prize, as a condition to its receipt of the prize.
    6. StarHub may need to collect and use certain data comprising business contact information (as defined in the Personal Data Protection Act 2012) (the “Relevant Data”) of individual(s) representing a Participant for the Lucky Draw (such as personnel of the Participant) (the “Relevant Individual(s)”), as well as disclose their Relevant Data to our partners, to facilitate the Participant’s participation in the Lucky Draw.
    7. The Participant agrees and acknowledges that no personal data (as defined in the Personal Data Protection Act 2012) of such Relevant Individuals will be collected, used or disclosed or processed (including by transferring or disclosing data to any third party) for the purposes of the Lucky Draw, and warrants that the Relevant Data shall not include any such personal data.  By participating in this Lucky Draw, the Participant agrees and undertakes to StarHub that:
      1. all necessary consents from the Relevant Individuals to whom the Relevant Data relates have been obtained, for collection, use and disclosure of their Relevant Data by StarHub and such other third party as StarHub may consider necessary for the purposes and in the manner described in these terms and conditions (including for the purposes of Clause 4.8 below, and/or to be contacted by phone, mail and/or email); and
      2. such consents have not been withdrawn: 
        1. In the event that any such consent(s) is withdrawn by or on behalf of the Relevant Individual(s), the Participant shall promptly notify StarHub in writing. The Participant agrees and undertakes to StarHub to fully defend, indemnify and hold harmless StarHub and its related corporations or associated companies as well as their respective employees, representatives, agents and officers (“Indemnitees”) from and against any claim, action, demand or complaint, as well as all liabilities, judgments, penalties, compounds, losses, costs, damages and expenses that any or all of the Indemnitees may suffer in connection with any breach of this Clause. 
    8. StarHub and its partners reserve the right to use the names, entity names, pictures, photographs or likeness of any Participant or Winner (or any Relevant Individual) in marketing, publicity or promotional materials at StarHub's sole discretion without notice to the Participant or Winner (or Relevant Individual), or require any Participant or Winner (or Relevant Individual) to appear in any form of marketing, publicity or promotional activities. StarHub may also use any data (including Relevant Data) collected through the Lucky Draw to conduct analysis related to or derived from the Participant’s use of StarHub products and services so as to help StarHub improve, review, develop and efficiently manage the products and services offered to the Participants.
  5. Others
    1. StarHub's decisions on the Lucky Draw and the Winner shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute, any party’s entitlement to participate in the Lucky Draw and any Participant’s or party’s entitlement to the prize shall be subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub.
    2. StarHub is not responsible to any Winner for the redemption of any prize. StarHub shall not be liable to the Winner for damages, losses, costs or expenses, lost profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings suffered or incurred by the Winner arising out of or in connection with the redemption of any prize.
    3. StarHub’s prevailing business general and applicable service specific terms and conditions apply. StarHub reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate, whether in whole or part, the Lucky Draw and/or any of these terms and conditions at any time and without notice at StarHub’s absolute discretion. Participation in the Lucky Draw or continued use of StarHub services will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
    4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and parties agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

SME Office Suite Promotions

  1. Applicants must be a small and medium-sized company, business or partnership (SMEs) registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) to be eligible for this Promotion.
  2. Applicants are required to present their latest business profile and other relevant documents as may be required by StarHub.
  3. Applications are subject to StarHub’s approval and credit checks.
  4. StarHub reserves the right to determine the eligibility of each sign-up under this Promotion.
  5. Promotion is valid until 31 January 2020 unless otherwise notified by StarHub.
  6. StarHub will use its reasonable endeavours to meet a provisioning lead-time of 14 working days subject always to availability of network, service, resources, access, in-building cabling and tray and the procurement of all relevant approvals.

  14. Broadband Shield / Broadband Shield+: Broadband Shield and the Broadband Shield+ are value-added services (VAS) supplied in conjunction with the Business Broadband Service. FREE Broadband Shield is only applicable to new or re-contracting customers who purchase any StarHub Business Dynamic Fibre Broadband plans.     (a) For re-contracting of 250Mbps Dynamic Fibre Broadband plan: free 3 months subscription & $50 shopping voucher on a minimum contractual period of 24 months; or free 6 months subscription & $50 shopping voucher on a minimum contractual period of 36 months. Free months will commence on the last 3 or 6 months of the contract period.

Business Wireless Broadband (4G) Promotions

  2. Applicants are required to present their latest business profile and other relevant documents as may be required by StarHub.
  3. Applications are subject to StarHub’s approval and credit checks.
  4. StarHub reserves the right to determine the eligibility of each sign-up under this Promotion.
  5. Promotion is valid till 31 December 2019 unless otherwise notified by StarHub.
  6. Promotion is applicable to new and re-contract sign-ups with a Minimum Period of Service of 24 months.
  7. Promotion includes free router rental for the Minimum Period of Service.
  8. Excess local data charge (imposed beyond local data bundled): $8.56 per GB, with the excess local data bill capped at $168 per month.
  9. Early termination and downgrade charges shall apply in the event of any premature termination.
  10. Promotion is not valid with any other promotions and/or discounts.
  11. StarHub’s prevailing rates shall apply upon the expiry of this promotion.
  12. StarHub will use its reasonable endeavours to meet an estimated provisioning lead-time of 7 working days, subject always to availability of resources and the procurement of all relevant approvals.
  13. Actual bandwidth and speed are dependent on a combination of factors, including mobile equipment, software used, Internet traffic, and destination server.
  14. Network Management Rules apply.
  15. All prices stated are inclusive of 7% GST.

ePayroll Promotions

  1. Applicants must be a small and medium-sized company, business or partnership registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) to be eligible for this promotion.
  2. Applications are subject to StarHub’s approval and credit checks.
  3. StarHub reserves the right to decline any application.
  4. Applicants are required to present their latest business profile and other relevant documents as may be required by StarHub.
  5. A minimum contractual period of 24 continuous months is required (“Minimum Period of Service”). Early termination and downgrade charges shall apply in the event of any premature termination.
  6. This Promotion is valid until 31 March 2020 unless otherwise notified by StarHub.
  7. One-time charge of $267.50 applies and free 5 user licenses with minimum of 10 user licenses subscription at $1/month/user.
  8. Additional user to any ePayroll VAS package will be charged an additional $5.35/month/user.
  9. Customers who subscribe to ePayroll VAS on a standalone basis (without StarHub Business Broadband service) will pay $5.35/month/user.
  10. Applicants must attend a classroom type setup training session for ePayroll VAS within 1 month of successful signup. Classroom type of setup training may be conducted subject to StarHub’s written confirmation of the same. In the event customer requires a one-to-one setup consultation session (subject to availability of resources), a one-time charge of $267.50 (incl GST) per customer shall apply and payable upon StarHub’s written confirmation of such one-to-one setup training session.
  11. There shall be no pro-ration of the monthly recurring charges for ePayroll VAS under any circumstances.
  12. No other StarHub promotions, discounts and/or offers shall apply concurrently with the Promotion herein.
  13. Customer acknowledges and agrees that ePayroll VAS is a third party service and certain aspects of the service will be provided by a third party appointed by StarHub. Customer shall abide by the prescribed terms of service.
  14. StarHub reserves the right to suspend, terminate or vary any part of the Promotion, ePayroll VAS service and/or any of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  15. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, StarHub’s prevailing business general and applicable service specific terms and conditions apply.
  16. StarHub reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate, whether in whole or part, this promotion and/or any of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice and at StarHub’s absolute discretion.

Business Mobile Promotions

  1. This Promotion is valid until 31 January 2020, unless otherwise notified by StarHub.
  2. To be eligible for this Promotion, applicants must be small, medium-sized companies, businesses or partnerships (SMEs) registered with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore. Applicants are required to present their latest business profile and other relevant documents as may be required by StarHub. Applications are subject to StarHub’s approval and credit checks and StarHub reserves the right to decline any application.
  3. All Double Prosperity Mobile Deals is only applicable to Samsung Galaxy S9 (64GB) Coral Blue.
  4. Business Mobile Exclusive Promotion is valid for customers who sign up or recontract for the Business mobile line on XS plans will enjoy up to $488 handset discount, free Caller Number Display and International Roaming Subscription for first 24 continuous months, prevailing rates apply thereafter. Customers who sign up or recontract for the Business mobile line on S and above plans will enjoy up to $588 handset discount, free Caller Number Display and International Roaming Subscription for first 24 continuous months. Customers who sign up for the Business Mobile line on XS and above plans will get to enjoy Free Free Data Add-On VAS of 5GB/15GB/25GB/40GB/50GB on the respective Business Mobile plans for the first 24 continuous months. Customers who sign up or recontract for the Business mobile line on S, M, L & XL plan will enjoy promotional monthly subscription of $61.20, $79.20, $97.20 & $214.20 respectively respectively for the first 24 continuous months.   5. SIM Only 12 Months Promotion is valid for customers who sign up a new or recontract to Lite and XS/S/M/L/XL Business Mobile Plan. Customers will enjoy a credit rebate value worth 50% of the prevailing monthly subscription for Lite and S/M/L/XL plan and 56.5% of the prevailing monthly subscription for XS plan. Customers who sign up on Business Mobile XS and above plans will enjoy free Caller Number Display and free International Roaming subscription.   6. Free iCloud one-month storage plan upgrade:
    1. Description: For a limited promotional period only, as notified by us, you will enjoy one month free subscription when you upgrade your iCloud storage plan from the free 5GB plan to 50GB, 200GB or 2TB plan. All you need to do is use our QR code/link to activate the upgrade. Upon the expiry of the iCloud one-month storage plan upgrade, you will be billed by Apple for the upgrade and will pay Apple the prevailing monthly price of the relevant iCloud storage plan you had subscribed to.
