  16. Customers who sign up for a 100Mbps, 250Mbps, 500Mbps or 1Gbps Smart Office Suite can enjoy a Free HP 2-in-1 Detachable PC (Model: HP x2 210 G2) on a minimum contractual period of 24-month. Redemption letter for the premium will be sent out after successful broadband installation. The premium is limited to first 100 sign-ups; while stocks last. StarHub reserves the right to replace with other premium(s) of equal or lower value.

Business Wireless Broadband (4G) Promotions

1. To be eligible to apply for this promotion, applicants must be small and medium-sized companies, businesses or partnerships registered with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA).

2. Applications are subject to StarHub’s approval and credit checks. StarHub reserves the right to decline any application at its discretion. Applicants are required to present their latest business profiles and other relevant documents as may be requested by StarHub.

12. Actual bandwidth and speed are dependent on a combination of factors, including mobile equipment, software used, Internet traffic, and destination server.

13. Network Management Rules apply.

14. All prices stated are inclusive of 7% GST.

15. StarHub reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate, whether in whole or part, this promotion and/or any of these terms and conditions without prior notice and at StarHub’s absolute discretion.

DualConnect Broadband Promotions

  12. Customers who sign up for StarHub Business Dynamic Fibre Broadband can sign up DualConnect at a promotion price of $10/month on a minimum contractual period of 24 months.
  13. DualConnect comes with 1 unit of Load Balancer rental.
  14. The load balancer forms part of our Equipment. You must comply with all instructions, notices or directions issued by us or the relevant Regulatory Authority in respect of its installation, use and/or operation. You must keep it in a suitable place and provide appropriate conditions for it, including any necessary electrical power supply. You must also keep it in good condition in accordance with the guidelines, instructions or specifications given to you. You must not allow anyone to modify it without our prior written consent.
  15. You may contact our Service Support Helpdesk for hardware related issues. If the load balancer or router is faulty, we will replace it.
  16. You acknowledge and agree that:
    • the load balancer supports mainly link aggregation and failover for outgoing traffic only;
    • the load balancer is only suitable for use with 2 Dynamic Broadband lines. We offer high performance Load Balancers if you require support for more than 2 Dynamic Broadband lines or static lines.
    • the total or aggregated bandwidth will be dependent on several factors, including but not limited to the bandwidth of individual links. As such we are unable to warrant or guarantee on the total or aggregated bandwidth that the load balancer will be able to support or manage.
    • all other actions, services and/or works in connection with maintenance and troubleshooting of other internet service providers (“ISP”)’s links are excluded;
  17. You must provide us with accurate and complete ISP customer premises equipment (“CPE”) device configuration details and any other information as may be requested by us in order to enable us to provide you the Services.
  18. Should you require a field engineer (“FE”) on site for reconfiguration of the load balancer at your Premises, you will need to submit a service request. Our prevailing FE Charges shall apply.
  19. Termination notice period: 30 days’ prior written notice by either party. Early Termination Charges (“ETC”) will apply if service is terminated before end of contract
    Upon termination, you shall promptly return the load balancer to us in good working condition (fair wear and tear excepted). Prevailing charges will apply for damaged or lost load balancers.

ePayroll Promotions
  1. Applicants must be a small and medium-sized company, business or partnership registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) to be eligible for this promotion.

  7. One-time charge of $267.50 applies and free 5 user licenses with minimum of 10 user licenses subscription at $1/month/user.
  8. Additional user to any ePayroll VAS package will be charged an additional $5.35/month/user.
  9. Customers who subscribe to ePayroll VAS on a standalone basis (without StarHub Business Broadband service) will pay $5.35/month/user.
  10. Applicants must attend a classroom type setup training session for ePayroll VAS within 1 month of successful signup. Classroom type of setup training may be conducted subject to StarHub’s written confirmation of the same. In the event customer requires a one-to-one setup consultation session (subject to availability of resources), a one-time Charge of $267.50 (incl GST) per customer shall apply and payable upon StarHub’s written confirmation of such one-to-one setup training session.
  11. There shall be no pro-ration of the monthly recurring Charges for ePayroll VAS under any circumstances.
  12. No other StarHub promotions, discounts and/or offers shall apply concurrently with the Promotion herein.
  13. Customer acknowledges and agrees that ePayroll VAS is a third party service and certain aspects of the service will be provided by a third party appointed by StarHub. Customer shall abide by the prescribed terms of service.
  14. StarHub reserves the right to suspend, terminate or vary any part of the Promotion, ePayroll VAS service and/or any of these terms of conditions without prior notice.

  2. This Promotion is valid until 30 August 2017, unless otherwise notified by StarHub.
  3. Unless otherwise stated, this Promotion is applicable to new sign-ups only.
  4. All lines subscribed under this Promotion are subject to 24 months' service contract commitment (Minimum Period of Service). Early termination and downgrade Charges apply for premature termination and/or plan downgrade.
  5. Port-in Customer Promotion: Customer who port-in on any Business Mobile 4G plan will enjoy a Free Toast Box $5 voucher.

Customers who sign up or recontract on Business Mobile 4G 4 plan and above with selected handsets together with DataJump will get additional $50 OFF selected handset. Customers who sign up or recontract on Business Mobile 4G 4 plan and above with Samsung S8 or S8+ will enjoy free DataJump for the first 3 continuous months. Prevailing rates apply thereafter. All handsets and premiums are subject to availability.
  8. SIM Only Business Promotion: Promotion is valid for new, port-in or out of contract customers who are not subject to committed subscription contracts. Eligible customers will enjoy a 50% bill rebate of stated monthly subscription price of the respective 4G Business Mobile Plan signed up. Rebate is valid for a continuous period of 24 months, thereafter prevailing rates will apply. The 50% credit rebate will cease to be applicable upon customer entering into a contract with handset commitment and customer’s application is subject to StarHub’s approval. No handset subsidy, handset to be based on RRP price. A one-time SIM activation charge of $37.45 and a one-time mobile service charge of $10.70 will be waived for this promotion.
  9. MaxMobile Promotion: Customers who sign up for MaxMobile Elite 6GB Data SIM and above with a 24-month contract will enjoy 20% discount off the stated monthly subscription price. Excess local data Charges will be charged at $8.56 per 1GB. Data bill capped at $85.60 per month (U.P.$168 per month) and beyond this cap, StarHub’s prevailing rates apply. Customers who sign up for MaxMobile Elite 6GB Data SIM and above plans will also enjoy free 1GB Data upsize for the first 24 continuous months. Prevailing rates apply thereafter. A one-time SIM activation charge of $37.45 and a one-time mobile service charge of $10.70 will be waived for this Promotion.   6. Business SIP Voice Add-on: Promotion is only applicable for new trunk subscription with an existing NGNBN business broadband. Existing stand-alone SIP Voice service is not convertible to SIP Add-On. Other value-added services and numbers are chargeable at prevailing price. Minimum subscription of 10 channels is required base on a 24-month contract. Subsequent channels in block of 5 channels are chargeable at $32.10 per month. Subsequent number porting after the first 20 numbers is chargeable at $37.45 per number.
  7. IDD018 Discount: Promotion is only valid for customers who sign up StarHub Business Voice service. Promotion rates are only applicable to IDD018 calls made from registered active StarHub Business Voice service. Discount will only be effective on the following month upon sign-up. $0.05/min IDD018 promo rate is applicable to IDD 018 voice calls originating from Singapore to the mobile and fixed line in Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei, Canada, China, Denmark, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, UK and USA. 50% off IDD018 list price to all other destinations. Promotion is not valid with any other StarHub IDD promotions or discounts.
  8. The above price quotation will apply only if all outgoing IDD voice services are routed to StarHub. The above rates are applied only for IDD services from StarHub business registered fixed lines.

  15. Participation in this promotion shall constitute acceptance of all these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
Subscription of Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor Pay Per View Match
  1. The subscription and exhibition of the Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor match (collectively, the ‘Channel’) are subject to (i) these Terms and Conditions; (ii) the terms and conditions set out in Application Form by StarHub; (iii) StarHub’s Service Specific Terms & Conditions for TV Services (the ‘Service Specific Terms & Conditions’); (iv) StarHub’s Business General Terms & Conditions for Info-communications Services (the ‘General Terms & Conditions’); and (v) StarHub’s Terms & Conditions for Network Connection (if the Channel are delivered via cable), as amended or supplemented (collectively, the ‘Agreement’). The Service Specific Terms & Conditions, the General Terms & Conditions and the Terms & Conditions for Network Connection can be found at www.starhub.com.
  2. Unless the context otherwise requires, all definitions and expressions used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning as the definitions and expressions used in the General Terms & Conditions.
  3. The Channel will be provided by StarHub to Customer from 27 August 2017 to the date of the last transmission of the Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor match (‘Competition’) for exhibition at the Service Address only.
  4. The service particulars and the applicable subscription rates payable by Customer in relation to the subscription of the Channel shall be particularised in the Application Form executed by Customer.
  5. Unless otherwise permitted by StarHub in writing, Customer shall not exhibit the Channel in public for monetary gains (‘Public Screening’).
  6. The exhibition of the Channel is restricted to the allocated number of Screens as specified in the Application Form. ‘Screens’ mean all devices or equipment (including but not limited to television screens, projectors and computers) which are capable of exhibiting the Channel.
  7.  The Channel will be exhibited on the following StarHub CableTV channels or such other channels as may be notified by StarHub: (i) Pay Per View Channel (for StarHub Digital Cable subscribers ‘StarHub TV on Cable’); and (ii) Pay Per View Channel (for StarHub IPTV subscribers only ‘StarHub TV on Fibre’).
  8. Customer must not have any outstanding accounts with StarHub at the time of Customer’s application for subscription of the Channel.
  9. StarHub reserves the right to decline any application for subscription of the Channel for any reason whatsoever.
  10. The subscription Charges for the Channel cannot be pro-rated regardless of the actual date of subscription and approval of the Channel by StarHub. All payments made for the Channel shall not be refundable or exchangeable for other benefits-in-kind. There shall be no refunds if the Channel is cancelled.
  11. For new subscribers/customers of the Channel who require StarHub to install the set-top boxes at their Service Address, StarHub will endeavour to install such set-top boxes at the Service Address in accordance with StarHub’s standard installation lead-times.
  12. If the Channel is to be delivered or transmitted over StarHub’s digital cable platform, Customer’s Service Address (at which the Channel is to be received) must be connected to StarHub’s digital cable network.
  13. If the Channel is to be delivered or transmitted over StarHub’s IPTV platform, Customer’s Service Address (at which the Channel is to be received) must be connected to StarHub’s NGNBN broadband network.
  14. Hotels and Hospitals: In respect of hotels and hospitals, the standard subscription Charge for the Channel is $22.00 (before GST) per television set per room.
  15. F&B Outlets/Lounges at Hotel: (i) In respect of food & beverage (‘F&B’) outlets and lounges at hotels, the subscription Charge for the Channel for a Standard Screen is $1,688.00 (before GST) for the first Standard Screen plus an add-on Charge of $1,688.00 (before GST) for each subsequent Standard Screen which receives or exhibits the Channel. (ii) The subscription Charge for the Channel for a Large Screen is $2,532.00 (before GST) for each Large Screen which receives or exhibits the Channel. (iii) For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions: (a) a ‘Standard Screen’ means a Screen which is 50 inches and below in size, as measured diagonally across such Screen. (b) a ‘Large Screen’ means a Screen which is more than 50 inches in size, as measured diagonally across such Screen.
  16. Public Screening: Public screening event is not allowed and an application for a commercial public screening licence is required if the Channel is to be exhibited with any of the following conditions: (a) Sponsoring (including but not limited to brand exposure for third parties) or other association rights. (b) The payment of an entry fee collected for the screening of the Competition. (c) The generation of revenues or other commercial purposes (including but not limited to the sale of food and beverages (“F&B”)).
  17. All subscription rates and charges quoted are subject to the prevailing GST.
  18. Customer acknowledges that the right to exhibit the Competition comprised in the Channel is subject to the terms and conditions of the contract entered into between StarHub and broadcaster for the rights to the Competition.
  19. Customer represents, warrants and covenants that: (i) it shall receive and exhibit the Channel on the allocated number of TV sets/screens located at the Service Address only, as specified in the Application Form executed by Customer; (ii) it shall exhibit the contents of the Channel in their entirety without any cuts, alterations, deletions, modifications or superimpositions, including all titles, credits, logos and copyright notices; (iii) it shall not, for any purpose whatsoever, alter, delete, modify, edit, supplement or circumvent any contents of the Channel or any part thereof in any manner whatsoever, including the insertion of crawlers, “squeezes”, on-screen identifications or advertisements either immediately before, during or after the exhibition of any of the Competition on the Channel; (iv) it shall not charge any payment or fee (such as admission fee), direct or indirect, for the viewing or exhibition of the Channel at the Service Address; (v) it shall not appoint any sponsors or suppliers, or carry out or authorise any sponsorship activities for or in connection with the viewing or exhibition of the Channel, or otherwise permit any commercial brands to be associated with the screening of the Channel or any event at which the viewing or exhibition takes place; (vi) it shall be responsible (at its own costs) for procuring and maintaining all requisite consents, licences, permits and rights for the exhibition of the Channel at the Service Address. Without prejudice to the foregoing, Customer shall (at its own costs) clear, obtain and maintain all requisite consents, licences, permits and/or rights with any third party (including but not limited to music collecting societies) for the exhibition of the Channel at the Service Address; (vii) it shall comply with such terms and conditions as may be imposed by broadcaster and/or StarHub from time to time, including but not limited to StarHub’s service specific requirements, rules, regulations, guidelines and policies; and (viii) it shall comply with and shall not breach nor cause StarHub to breach any requirement, rule, regulation and policy as may be imposed by and/or broadcaster from time to time in connection with the Competition, viewing or exhibition of the Channel.
  20. Customer acknowledges and agrees that it shall not undertake or permit the following: (i) use any of the official emblems, logos, mascots, trademarks, service marks or any other indicia of the Competition, whether registered or otherwise, the trophy of the Competition and the designations and their literal translation in any language; and (ii) use any of the logos, trademarks and service marks of StarHub, whether registered or otherwise (collectively, the ‘StarHub Marks’); in any promotional material, media or otherwise for any purpose whatsoever, without StarHub’s prior written consent.
  21. StarHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate Customer's subscription to the Channel with immediate effect by giving Customer notice if Customer has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or any provision of the Agreement. Without prejudice to any other provision herein, Customer shall indemnify and hold StarHub harmless against all liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including legal costs) arising out of any breach by Customer of these Terms and Conditions or any provision of the Agreement.
  22. StarHub reserves the right to amend any of these Terms and Conditions without notice. Reception or exhibition of the Channel shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments thereof.
