If you need a replacement^ phone, SmartSupport will deliver the same or similar device to your location within 4 hours*, up to 2 times a year.

SmartSupport Plus customers will also enjoy daily tech support via a call or chat on the app.

How to Sign Up

You can sign up with your StarHub Account Managers, StarHub Retail Shops, and at SMB Hub when you purchase a new mobile device with a new business mobile plan or upon your contract renewal.

How to Log a Service Request for a
Swap or Replacement
  1. Download the service request form here.
  2. Complete the form by filling in the following required information:
    • Name of Mobile User
    • Company Name
    • Company BRN
    • Enrolled Mobile Number
    • Enrolled Handset Model
    • Enrolled Handset IMEI Number
  3. Our agents will process your request from Mon-Sat, 9am-6pm and contact you for verification. Once the service request is approved, we will arrange delivery to your registered business address.

  • ^You will be entitled to a maximum of 2 exchanges within a 12 month period, which commences from the shipment date of the first exchange.
  • *Your replacement device will be delivered to you via courier at a local address within 4 hours if your request is received between 8.00am and 2.00pm Singapore time, Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays. Overseas delivery is available and is subjected to additional cost, delivery time and custom clearance.
