How it works:

Device Replacement or Swap

  • Delivery of replacement or swapped devices within 4 hours*, up to 2 times per year**
  • Overseas delivery is available to selected destinations and subject to additional cost

  • Get help with setting up your new phone (phone backup, data transfer or more)

How to Sign Up

You can sign up with your StarHub Account Managers, StarHub Retail Shops, and at SMB Hub when you purchase a new mobile device with a new business mobile plan or upon your contract renewal.

How to Log a Service Request for a
Replacement or Swap^
  1. Download the service request form here.
  2. Complete the form by filling in the below required information and email to entsmartsupport@Asurion.com#
    • Name of Mobile User
    • Company Name
    • Company BRN
    • Enrolled Mobile Number
    • Enrolled Handset Model
    • Enrolled Handset IMEI Number
  3. Our agents will process your request from Mon-Sat, 9am-6pm and contact you for verification. Once the service request is approved, we will arrange delivery to your registered business address.

  • ** You may make up to 2 exchanges within a 12-month period, which commences from first shipment date
  • ^ Your replacement or swap device will be delivered to you via courier at a local address within 4 hours if your request is accepted between 8.00am and 2.00pm Singapore time, Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays. Overseas delivery is available and is subjected to additional cost, delivery time and custom clearance
  • #Email support is between 9am and 6pm, Singapore time, Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
