1. If your request is accepted between 8.00 am and 2.00 pm Singapore time, Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays, your swap device will be delivered to you within 4 hours.
2. A Like Mobile Device means a Device, compared to the Registered Device, may be new or refurbished.
3. Email support is between 9am and 6pm, Singapore time, Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
4. The service fee payable will be based on the recommended retail price (RRP) in SGD as of the date of device launch.
