Terms & Conditions - Free 3-month iCloud storage plan upgrade

 

  1. Description: For a limited promotional period only, as notified by us, you will enjoy three months free subscription when you upgrade your iCloud storage plan from the free 5GB plan to 50GB plan. All you need to do is use our QR code/link to activate the upgrade. Upon the expiry of the iCloud 3-month storage plan upgrade, you will be billed by Apple for the upgrade and will pay Apple the prevailing monthly price of the relevant iCloud storage plan you had subscribed to.


  2. Eligibility: Free three months iCloud storage plan upgrade promotion is available to customers who:
    • have an AppleID and are on the free 5GB iCloud storage plan;
    • are not currently or previously on a paid iCloud storage plan;
    • have not activated previous iCloud promotions; and
    • have set up a valid payment method accepted by Apple.

    Apple reserves the right to accept or decline any customer at its sole discretion.


  3. Payment and billing: You shall be responsible to Apple for all payment matters. You may terminate or change your billing details at any time within the Apple device settings management: Settings > iCloud > Storage > Change Storage Plan.


  4. Liability:
    • Disclaimer: Although we work closely with third parties to bring you the iCloud three months storage plan upgrade promotion, you acknowledge and agree that we are not the providers of iCloud and therefore it falls outside our responsibility and control. We cannot be held responsible for any matter whatsoever and howsoever arising from and/or relating to iCloud. All matters relating to iCloud (including but not limited to its use, storage plans, prices, security, activation, deactivation etc)) should be directed to Apple (https://support.apple.com/icloud).
    • Responsibility for use: You shall be solely responsible for your use and subscription of iCloud and shall abide by Apple's prevailing iCloud terms and conditions.
    • Indemnity: You must indemnify us, including our employees, directors and agents, in full against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, demands, actions resulting from your participation in this iCloud one-month storage plan upgrade, your use of iCloud and your negligence, omission, act or breach of any of these terms and conditions.


  5. Changes or termination of iCloud three-months storage plan upgrade: We reserve the right to change, suspend or withdraw/terminate this promotion at any time without notice and liability to you or anyone else. If you do not accept any of these terms and conditions, you should not participate in this promotion. Your participation in this promotion shall be taken as your agreement to these terms and conditions and any changes that may be made thereof.
