StarHub TV+ to Pack a Bigger Punch with UFC
For the first time, catch electrifying UFC events both ‘live’ and on-demand, on Hub Sports 2
Singapore, 24 September 2021 – Mixed martial arts enthusiasts can catch the pinnacle of the sport on StarHub TV+, as Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) 2021 makes its way to the platform from 1 October 2021. For the first time, StarHub Sports+ subscribers will be able to keep up with the high-energy action at their convenience via video on demand, in addition to watching the events ‘live’. Without forking out a cent more, they can catch all 42 electrifying UFC events via Hub Sports 2 (Channel 202) anytime and anywhere, across their preferred devices; from their phones through the StarHub TV+ app on StarHub 5G, to their smart TVs on lightning-fast fibre broadband.
New customers can sign up for a Sports+ Pass at $20 per month, with a two-year contract. This would grant them unrivalled access to over 200 hours of dynamic UFC 2021 content, as well as other world-class sporting events such as the WWE, ATP, WTA, the BWF and more. In addition, experience the best of European football with the Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, La Liga and Ligue 1; careful and controlled golfing action with the European Tour, Asian Tour, Ryder Cup and LPGA; and high flying slam dunks with the NBA. UFC will also be made available to existing Sports Pass customers, at no extra cost.
With StarHub TV+, customers can enjoy their favourite streaming services, apps and live TV channels on a single unified platform. With the click of a button, they can easily switch between the hottest UFC fights and the freshest OTT programmes, on any smart device, and pick up from where they have left off.

Featuring over 600 world-class athletes in 12 different weight classes, all 30 Fight Nights and 12 pay-per-view events will be aired on StarHub’s Hub Sports 2 channel. ‘Live’ coverage kicks off on 3 October 2021, as explosive light heavyweight rankers #4 Thiago Santos and #10 Johnny Walker go head-to-head in a Fight Night event at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada. Leading up to the ‘live’ event, Sports+ subscribers can catch re-runs of past fights featuring the iconic hooks, punches and uppercuts that they love.
Fans can also look forward to the loaded UFC 267 event on 31 October 2021, live from Fight Island at the Etihad Arena, Abu Dhabi. Watch as UFC world light heavyweight champion Jan Błachowicz defends his crown against seasoned challenger Glover Teixeira, as well as the hotly-anticipated rematch between UFC world bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling and former titleholder Petr Yan.
