SINGAPORE, 24 MAY 2012 — ASUS, a global leader in the new digital era, today announces that its eagerly anticipated PadFone™ and PadFone™ Station will be ready for exclusive retail at StarHub from 2 June. These two devices are expertly designed to offer a completely new mobile experience. Alone, the PadFone™ is a fully featured Android™ Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone with a 4.3” screen, but when connected to the PadFone Station, it transforms into a 10.1” Android™ ICS tablet with up to 64 hours battery life.

Availability
ASUS PadFone will be available at $800 without contract. Customers who want the PadFone Station can simply top up $328. Other accessories such as the PadFone Station Dock and the PadFone Stylus Headset will be priced at $228 and $128 respectively. The PadFone and its accessories will be available at all StarHub Shops and authorised dealers from 2 June 2012. StarHub customers who pre-order the PadFone together with the PadFone Station between 25 May and 31 May 2012, will receive the PadFone Station Dock and the PadFone Stylus Headset for free.
