1. How do I make online purchases?

For existing StarHub business customers

1. Visit our Online Store to browse for the product(s) that you want

2. Log in to your Enterprise ID

- Visit Enterprise ID support for more information

- Sign up for Enterprise ID via the form

3. Select your desired product and plan, then proceed to either customise your order or check out

4. Upload your documents for verification (NRIC + Staff Pass/Payslip/HR Letter)

  • Documents Required (up to 2MB for JPG and 200KB for PDF)
    • For Foreigners:
      • A copy of your Passport or any Photo ID^ (e.g. Employment Pass, Diplomatic Pass, EntrePass, Training Visit Pass, Work Permit, Student Pass, etc.)

5. Review your order

6. Confirm your order and proceed to check out

7. Enter your delivery details and accept Terms & Conditions

8. Fill in your payment details and confirm payment

9. A confirmation email will be sent to you once you have submitted your order successfully

 

For new StarHub business customers

1. Visit our Online Store to browse for the product(s) that you want

2. Log in to your Enterprise ID

- Visit Enterprise ID support for more information

- Sign up for Enterprise ID via the form

3. Select your desired product and plan, then proceed to either customise your order or check out

4. Upload your documents for verification (NRIC + Staff Pass/Payslip/HR Letter)

  • Documents Required (up to 2MB for JPG and 200KB for PDF)
    • For Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents*:
      • A copy of your NRIC (front & back) + Staff Pass/ Payslip or HR Letter
    • For Foreigners:
      • Proof of Billing Address* (e.g. Utility bill, bank statement with your address)
      • The following applies for both Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents and Foreigners:
      • We can only process your order after receiving the requested documentation.
      • Delivery dates and times are subject to change.
      • A service deposit of $200 or $800 may apply for Foreigners.
      • Please present your original NRIC/FIN to our delivery personnel upon delivery.

2. What products or services can I purchase from online store?

Currently, our Online Store features only mobiles that come with plans. However, do visit us often as we will be updating our Online Store consistently with new products.

3. Must I have credit card to purchase from the Online Store?

We accept both debit and credit cards (MasterCard and VISA) issued by banks in Singapore for payments made in the StarHub Store. Service-related StarHub subscriptions will be charged to your StarHub bill.

4. How many lines can I sign up?

You can sign up for up to 3 lines.

5. What are the benefits of shopping on SMB Online Store?

You get to enjoy exclusive online deals.

6. Will I get to enjoy the online exclusive deals if I visit the retail store?

No, any online deals are exclusive only if you purchase via our SMB Online Store.
