Acquisition builds on StarHub’s multi-brand strategy while giving MyRepublic Mobile customers seamless continuity and access to StarHub’s nationwide 5G+ network
SINGAPORE, 8 October 2026 – StarHub will acquire MyRepublic’s mobile business in Singapore, further strengthening its multi-brand mobile strategy and supporting continued investment in Singapore’s connectivity infrastructure.
The acquisition brings together complementary strengths while preserving the distinct MyRepublic Mobile brand and proposition for customers. MyRepublic Mobile customers will continue to enjoy their existing services without disruption, backed by StarHub’s secure, reliable and extensive mobile network.
As Singapore’s digital needs continue to grow, the transaction will allow greater scale to be directed towards sustained network investment, service innovation and customer experience, while continuing to provide consumers with differentiated brands and propositions to meet different needs.

The acquisition builds on the existing relationship between StarHub and MyRepublic, with MyRepublic Mobile customers already being progressively migrated onto StarHub’s network, providing a strong foundation for a smooth transition and continuity of service. Completion of the acquisition remains subject to the fulfilment of the applicable conditions precedent by both parties.
