Hub Sports 3, SPOTV, SPOTV2 Channel Changes

What are the channels affected by the latest channel update?

With effect from 12 September 2022, 10 a.m., you can watch the following on their new channel numbers:​ 

  • Hub Sports 3 from Ch 204 to Ch 203​ 

  • SPOTV from Ch 205 to Ch 209​ 

  • SPOTV2 from Ch 206 to Ch 210​ 


These channels are included in the Sports Premium Package or as ala carte channels.

Why are Hub Sports 3, SPOTV and SPOTV2 moving to new channel numbers?   

We are updating the channel numbers as part of efforts to streamline our sports offerings

Until when will Hub Sports 3, SPOTV, and SPOTV2 be available on their original channel numbers? ​ 

These channels will remain available on their original channel numbers until 7 October 2022, 10 a.m.​


During the transition period from 12 September 2022, 10 a.m. to 7 October 2022, 10 a.m., the channels will remain available on the original channel numbers.

Are there any actions required from me with this change?  

For customers with the Sports Premium Package, no action will be required from you.


For customers who have subscribed to these channels ala carte, channel retuning is required to start watching these programmes on the new channels.

Will StarHub send someone to tune the set-up box for me?

No, a self-help step-by-step guide on how the retuning can be done will be provided.


For specific set-ups where the set-top boxes are connected to multiple screens, we will dispatch our field engineer to perform the retuning for you. Further arrangements will be made from 12 September 2022 onwards

How will I be informed of the retuning appointment? Can I set it on my preferred date/time? 

We will reach out to you via email from 12 September 2022 onwards and propose possible timeslots between 12 September and 6 October 2022.

If I suddenly become unavailable on the day of channel retuning, how do I reschedule? 

If you need to reschedule, please contact your StarHub Account Manager. Please note that slots are subject to the StarHub field engineer’s availability.
