The bill has the following sections:
Front Page - Bill Overview (account summary)
Subsequent Page(s) - Current Charges Detail (subscription, fees, usage, etc.)
You can download or view your bills via StarHub App or My Account if your Postpaid Account(s) is on My StarHub e-Bill bill delivery method. Not on e-bill yet? Simply sign up online to receive email or SMS notification when your e-bill is ready. Visit www.starhub.com/e-bill for details.
To enjoy hassle-free bill payment, simply sign up for a GIRO or recurring credit card payment arrangement and payment will automatically be deducted on your monthly bill due date. For more information, please visit www.starhub.com/autopay.
You can activate Itemized Bill as an add-on via the StarHub App or My Account. If you would like to retrieve records of your call details or your bill(s) from more than 6 months ago, please call us at 1633. Do note that relevant fees will apply.
