Stand a chance to win RWS Staycation with StarHub Prepaid

Eligibility:

  1. This Promotion is open to all StarHub Prepaid customers who have used their NRIC/FIN/Passport number to register and activate their StarHub Prepaid SIM (“Customers”). Employees of AXS Pte Ltd (“AXS”) and StarHub Ltd (“StarHub”) is not eligible for the Lucky Draw as stated in Clause 6.
  2. The Promotion consists of an Instant Win and a Lucky Draw. Promotion mechanics are as stated in Clause 5 and 6.
    • Instant Win Promotion to win KOI Thé Black Tea Macchiato or Green Tea Macchiato (“Instant Win”)
    • Lucky Draw Promotion to win Hotel Stay at Resorts World Sentosa (“Lucky Draw”)

 

Promotion Period

  1. The Promotion period is from 15 May 2019 to 14 August 2019, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

 

Participating Channels

  1. Only qualifying top-ups made by Customers on the following AXS channels will be qualified in the Promotion (“Eligible Channels”).
    • AXS Station
    • AXS e-Station
    • AXS m-Station

 

The Mechanics

  1. Instant Win: Win a KOI Thé Black Tea Macchiato or Green Tea Macchiato
    1. The first Eight Thousand (8,000) Customers that successfully top up a minimum of $20 to their StarHub Happy Prepaid SIM card on Eligible Channels during each Qualifying Period (as stated below) is entitled to One (1) KOI Thé Black Tea Macchiato (medium cup) or Green Tea Macchiato (medium cup) worth $2.90 (“Instant Prize”).

    5. There will be a total of Twenty-four Thousand (24,000) Instant Prize to be given out for the Promotion.
    6. There is no limit to the number of top-ups a Customer can make during the Promotion Period.
    7. Each Customer may win more than One (1) Instant Prize.
    8. The redemption details and/or terms for the Prize will be indicated on the Receipt Voucher, Redemption Email and eCoupon, and redemption of the Prize shall be subject to such terms.

  3. Lucky Draw: Hotel Stay at Resorts World Sentosa
    1. Each Customer earns the chance(s) based on the values top up to his/her StarHub Prepaid SIM card on the Eligible Channels during the Promotion Period.

    3. Chances are accumulative throughout the Promotion Period.
    4. There is no limit to the number of chances the Customer may be eligible for during the Promotion Period.
    5. Chance(s) are non-transferable and cannot be combined with chance(s) accumulated by other Customer.
    6. There will be Ten (10) winners for the Lucky Draw. The prizes for the Lucky Draw shall be as follows (“Draw Prize”):
      • 2D1N Stay in Deluxe Family Room with Breakfast for 2 Adults at Festive Hotel Resort World Sentosa worth $591 (3 Winners)
      • 2D1N Stay in Deluxe Room with Breakfast for 2 Adults at Equarius Hotel Resort World Sentosa worth $567 (3 Winners)
      • 2D1N Stay in Deluxe Room with Breakfast for 2 Adults at Hard Rock Hotel Resort World Sentosa worth $544 (4 Winners)
    7. Each winner will receive One (1) set of Prize. Each winner may only win One (1) Prize.
    8. Winners will be drawn on 21 August 2019 (“Draw Date”), 10.30am at 53 Mohamed Sultan Road, #01-K1 Sultan Link, Singapore 238993 (or any other date, time or venue determined by AXS).
    9. On the Draw Date, Ten (10) winners and Twenty (20) reserve winners will be selected at random by means of a computerized or electronic system.
    10. AXS will attempt to make at least Two (2) phone calls a day for Three (3) consecutive working days to the winners to obtain their full particulars for verification purposes. In the event that AXS is unable to contact a winner within this period, AXS/StarHub will choose an eventual winner from the reserve winner list.
    11. Winners will be notified via phone and post.
    12. The results of the Promotion will be announced on AXS website (www.axs.com.sg).

 

Redemption of instant prize

  1. All the Instant Prize must be redeemed on or before 31 August 2019 (“Redemption Period”). Extension to the validity of the Receipt is strictly not allowed.
  2. Customer must present the original Receipt Voucher print-out / eCoupon within the Redemption Period for redemption.
  3. The redemption of the Instant Prize is accepted at all KOI Thé outlets in Singapore, except Changi Airport T3 outlet. Visit http://www.koithe.com for listing of KOI Thé outlets.
  4. Customers can utilise multiple Instant Prize for in a single transaction.
  5. No upsize or change of drink is allowed.
  6. Redemption cannot be used in conjunction with other KOI Thé promotion/vouchers.
  7. AXS and/or StarHub reserve the rights to substitute any Instant Prize with another prize of lower or equivalent value, whether of similar nature or otherwise without prior notice.
  8. Instant Prize is not exchangeable for cash, credit or in kind. There will be no replacement for lost, defaced or damaged Receipt.

 

Collection of draw prize

  1. The winners shall collect the Draw Prize within the collection period and at the appointed venue specified by AXS and/or StarHub, and shall comply with any instructions specified by AXS and/or StarHub.  Neither AXS nor StarHub is liable for any payment or compensation should the Draw Prize be forfeited or is not collected.
  2. The winner must present the original copy of redemption letter and his/her identity card for collection of Draw Prize.
  3. Draw Prizes are not transferable, redeemable or exchangeable for cash, credit or kind or other prizes. There will be no replacement for lost or stolen Draw Prizes.
  4. In the event a winner fails to collect a Draw Prize within the collection period and/or fails to comply with any other instruction or condition specified by AXS and/or StarHub, the Draw Prize may be forfeited at AXS’ and/or StarHub’s absolute discretion without any liability on the part of AXS and/or StarHub.

 

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Any unclaimed Draw Prize(s) within the given period will be forfeited without any liability on the part AXS and/or StarHub, and AXS and/or StarHub may donate any forfeited Draw Prize(s) to a charitable organization of AXS’ and/or StarHub’s choice.
  2. In the event that any prize incurs any tax liability, such tax is the sole responsibility of the winner.
  3. Actual prizes may differ from the images shown anywhere during the Promotion or in any communications or publications relating thereto. The Customer shall not have any right to make any claims or demands against AXS and/or StarHub in connection with such variances.
  4. AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible Customer from winning a prize and/or substitute another Customer as a winner in the event that AXS and/or StarHub in its absolute discretion has reasonable grounds for believing that the particular Customer may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these Terms and/or may bring AXS and/or StarHub into disrepute. In the event a prize has already been awarded to such a Customer, the prize must be returned to AXS and/or StarHub at the Customer’s cost and expense.
  5. AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of lower or equivalent value, whether of similar nature or otherwise without prior notice.
  6. For publicity purposes and to the extent permitted, AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right to use names and pictures/photographs of the winner(s) in any form of advertisement or promotional material without prior notice, or otherwise engage the winners in any form of publicity for AXS and/or StarHub.
  7. AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion for any reason without any liability whatsoever.
  8. AXS and StarHub’s decision on all matters pertaining to the Promotion are final and binding. No further correspondence regarding the Promotion, these Terms or any decision made by AXS and/or StarHub will be entertained. AXS and/or StarHub reserve its absolute right to determine an outcome and act as it deems fit in any dispute and/or issues relating thereto.
  9. AXS and/or StarHub shall not be liable to any person in any way for any loss or damage howsoever arising from or in connection with the Promotion and/or any of the prizes under any circumstances.
  10. AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right at any time and from time to time to amend these Terms and/or any of the instructions or explanations at its discretion without prior notice. Any such changes shall be binding and will take effect immediately upon such amendment. Participation in this Promotion shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and any amendment(s) thereof.

 

Personal data protection act

  1. By participating in the Promotion, you have given your consent for AXS and StarHub to use and disclose your personal data collected from this Promotion, to contact you with regards to the Promotion (such as for verification of winners) and for marketing purposes as stated in Clause 22.
