1.    When can I pre-order the new HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro with StarHub?

You may pre-order for the new HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro online from 27 March 2020, 11am to 2 April 2020, 11.59pm.

3.    Can I change any of the pre-order premiums?

Unfortunately, no. All premiums are the same and there will be no exchange or refund. 

4.    What are the pre-order exclusives for HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro series?

If you have pre-ordered the HUAWEI P40, you will be receiving FREE Smart View Flip Cover (worth $58) and FreeBuds 3 (worth $238).

5.    What do I need to prepare before the HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro pre-order?

To ensure a smooth pre-order process, please ensure you have a Hub iD and log on to My StarHub app to check your recontract eligibility. In addition, do ensure any outstanding payment is made prior to the pre-order. 

6.    When can I receive the new HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro?

Customers who have pre-ordered the new HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro successfully will receive their phone between 4 to 5 April 2020. Alternatively, you can walk in to our StarHub Shops and Exclusive Partner Outlets from 4 April to purchase the HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro.

7.    How much would the new HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro cost with a #hellochange 2-year plan?

8.    What is the internal memory capacity for the new HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro?

The HUAWEI P40 will be available in 128GB while the P40 Pro will be available in 256GB.

9.    What colours are available for the new HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro?

The HUAWEI P40 comes in two colours: Silver Frost and Deep Sea Blue.

The HUAWEI P40 Pro comes in three colours: Silver Frost, Blush Gold and Deep Sea Blue.

10.  What are the payment modes available for HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro pre-order purchase?

Payment for the HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro can be made through a Visa or Mastercard debit / credit card.

11.  I have more than 1 mobile line that is eligible for recontract. Can I pre-order the HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro under these mobile lines?

Yes! You may pre-order the HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro on all your mobile lines as long as they are up for renewal.

12.  Can I recontract my existing mobile line with the HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro?

Yes, you can! Simply recontract to any of our 2-year #hellochange mobile plans. You’ll also get an additional 20GB and free weekend data every month for 24 months if you recontract via Online Store.

13.  Can I use my Hub Club annual upgrade benefits to waive the early recontract fee?

Yes! You may use your Hub Club annual upgrade benefits if you have not utilised it in the last 12 months. Please visit starhub.com/hubclub for details.

14.  I am currently enjoying bill rebates on my mobile line.  Can I still recontract the mobile line?

Yes! You can recontract your mobile line to our #hellochange 2-year mobile plans which come with no hidden fees and brimming with data. However, you will not be able to enjoy your bill rebates.

15.  Can I use the StarHub recontract voucher when renewing my existing mobile line?

Yes you can!

16.  Can I trade in my existing phone when I purchase the new HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro?

You will not be able to trade in your mobile device for this pre-order. Alternatively, you may walk in to our StarHub Shops and Exclusive Partners outlets from 4 April to trade in your mobile handset/device at the point of purchase.

17.  Can I amend my pre-order details such as changing of mobile line, device model and/or delivery date upon completion?

Please check the details before you submit, once the order is submitted you will not be able to make further changes.

18.  When can I purchase the HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro with StarHub?

You can pre-order the HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro from 27 March, 11am to 2 April, 11.59pm. Alternatively, walk in to any StarHub Shop, Exclusive Partner outlet or sign up online from 4 April 2020 to get your new HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro.

19.   Can I enjoy my Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) benefits with the HUAWEI P40 and P40 Pro pre-order?
Yes, you can. Simply visit starhub.com/cis and enter your corporate email address or use your company’s access code to pre-order.

20.   Why do I need to enter my corporate email address?
The CIS benefits are exclusive to employees of participating companies and your corporate email address or company access code is used as a form of validation.

21.   What are the benefits of the Corporate Individual Scheme?
Please visit starhub.com/cis to find out the latest CIS benefits and offers. 

22.  Can I recontract to my existing SmartSurf/ PowerValue/ SmartSurf HD/ 4G plans/ Unlimited Weekend data plans?

No, the old SmartSurf/ PowerValue/ SmartSurf HD/ 4G plans/ Unlimited Weekend Data plans are not available for re-contract. You may renew your mobile contracts with our 2-year #hellochange plans.
