If you’re using a 2G device, you will no longer be able to log on to our 2G network to make/receive calls, text and access data services from 1 April 2017 onwards.

 

But not to worry, you can continue to enjoy StarHub Mobile services without disruption simply by upgrading to a 3G or 4G devices, by 31 March 2017.

M2M users who are using 2G-only devices will no longer be able to log on to our 2G network to access data services from 1 April 2017 onwards.

 

But not to worry, you can continue to enjoy StarHub data services without disruptions to your business, we would like to encourage you to switch to 3G/4G devices and review your current infrastructure setup, by 31 March. If necessary, you may want to consider upgrading to newer technologies and devices.
