Happy Hubber Top-up Plan Terms and Conditions
- StarHub Mobile postpaid customers are entitled to 3 StarHub Prepaid nominations. StarHub CableTV and/or MaxOnline customers are entitled to 3 StarHub Prepaid nominations. Customers who subscribe to all 3 services or to StarHub Mobile and CableTV/MaxOnline are entitled to 6 nominations in total
- No outstanding balance at point of nomination.
- Not applicable to Dial-up, IDD, iMail, Digital Voice, StarHub employees and commercial or business customers.
- Customers who have recently signed up for StarHub Mobile postpaid, CableTV and/or MaxOnline, please allow at least 7 days to elapse before you apply for the Happy Hubber Top-up Plan so that we have your latest records in our system.
- The Happy Prepaid mobile number must be active at point of nomination. Each StarHub Prepaid mobile number can only be nominated once at any point in time.
- Accounts that have been or are suspended will not be eligible for top-ups.
- The Happy Hubber Top-up Plan will be cancelled when the StarHub customer terminates his/her last active service.
- Customers who wish to take up the Happy Hubber Top-up Plan but do not own a StarHub Prepaid SIM will have to purchase a new StarHub Prepaid SIM at any StarHub Shop or Preferred Partners outlet.
- For first-time nominations, the first successful top-up will be processed within 5 working days of successful validation of nomination.
- Customers will automatically be billed $10 on the 19th of each calendar month for each StarHub Prepaid nomination. Monthly top-ups of $10 plus 100 free SMS will take place between the 20th and 24th of each month, starting from that same month.
- A confirmation letter will be sent to all StarHub Mobile postpaid, CableTV and/or MaxOnline customers who are first-time nominators. An SMS will be sent to notify the StarHub Prepaid mobile customer of the successful nomination and the $10 top-up plus 100 free SMS.
- Cancellation requests must be made by the 15th of the month in order not to be charged a top-up of $10 for that month. The top-up of $10 will not be refunded or pro-rated if the cancellation request is made after the 15th of the month
- The Happy Hubber Top-up Plan will be billed together with the StarHub Mobile postpaid or CableTV and/or MaxOnline service. Requests for split bills will not be entertained.
- Customers will earn monthly StarHub Rewards Points under the Happy Hubber Top-up Plan.
- StarHub reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, its pricing, packaging and plans at its discretion without prior notice.
- StarHub reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any customer request for this offer and to reject any customer request as it deems fit.
