Registration of interest and Pre-order for iPhone X
 
  1. Can I register my interest for the iPhone X with StarHub?

    Registration of interest has ended for iPhone X . You may contact your business sales representative or contact our StarHub Sales Team at 1800 888 8888 to purchase the iPhone X from 3 November 2017. Please check starhub.com/iphonebiz for updates.

  2. I have registered my interest, how can I make changes to information which I have submitted?

    Once your registration of interest is submitted successfully, you will not be allowed to make any changes and/or resubmit another form. If you are eligible for the pre-order, you may advise your Account Manager/StarHub Business Sales Team subsequently when they contact you to take your order. You may advise them on the amendments of registration of interest details. However, please note that amendments on the quantity/model are subjected to stocks availability of the respective handset model.

  3. I registered my interest for the iPhone X with StarHub, when will I receive an invitation from StarHub for pre-order?

    You will receive the pre-order email for iPhone X in 5 working days if you are eligible for the pre-order. Please look out for it. 

  4. I did not register my interest for the iPhone X with StarHub. Can I purchase the phone?

    Yes, you may contact your business sales representative or contact our StarHub Sales Team at 1800 888 8888 to purchase the iPhone X from 3 November 2017. 

  5. I want to change to another mobile line/model of device, can I amend my registration details?

    Once your registration of interest is submitted successfully, you will not be allowed to make any changes and/or resubmit another form. If you are eligible for the pre-order, you may advise your Account Manager/StarHub Business Sales Team subsequently when they contact you to place your order. You may advise them on the amendments of registration of interest details.   7. When can I purchase the iPhone X?

    Customers who have registered their interest and completed the pre-order successfully will be able to receive their devices from 3 November 2017 onwards. Alternatively, customers can contact their business sales representative or contact StarHub Sales Team at 1800 888 8888 to purchase the device from 3 November 2017 onwards.

  8. Can I renew my existing mobile line with the iPhone X?

    Yes, you can re-contract your existing business mobile line with our new business mobile plans if it is eligible for re-contract.

  9.  Can I recontract my mobile line which is under bill rebate?

    Yes, you can renewal your mobile line with a 2-year mobile plan but you will not be able to enjoy your bill rebates anymore.

  10. Can I use the StarHub re-contract voucher when renewing my StarHub Mobile line?

    You may use your re-contract voucher.  

  11. Can I use my StarHub Rewards and Gift vouchers?

    Rewards and Gift vouchers are not applicable for business mobile line(s).

  12. Can I trade in my existing phone when I buy the iPhone X?

    Trade-in of mobile handset/device will not be applicable for the pre-order.

  13. What is the internal memory capacity for the iPhone X?

    The iPhone X will be available in 64GB and 256GB capacity.

  14. What colours are available for the iPhone X?

    iPhone X is available in Silver and Space Grey.
