Singapore, 25 May 2023 – StarHub is proud to announce that its CEO, Nikhil Eapen, has been recognised as a Top Digital CEO at SPARK Digital Leaders Award 2023. The award recognises leaders who champion digital transformation as a core business strategy for growth and demonstrated outstanding contributions and achievements in the digital sphere across Asia.
Nikhil assumed leadership of StarHub on 1 January 2021. In November 2021, StarHub launched its DARE+ transformation strategy that is currently underway, evolving StarHub from a telco to a digital ecosystem player. With DARE+, StarHub applies cloud-enabled, digital platforms to connect, enrich and safeguard the digital lives of its consumers, and securely enables the cloud and digital transformation of its enterprise customers.

The inaugural SPARK Digital Leaders Award is organised by Spark, a leading executive education and advisory firm in Asia. Winners of this award are selected by a panel of industry experts and analysts who evaluates candidates on their digital leadership, strategic vision, and their ability to foster a culture of innovation and encourage cross-functional collaboration and partnerships.
In 2023, StarHub embarked on its Cloud Infinity transformation, becoming one of the few companies in the world to deploy a low-latency multi-cloud network architecture.
