Singapore, 27 October 2020 – StarHub and the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) today signed a Memorandum of Understanding for a further two years until 31 December 2022, continuing a strategic and exclusive partnership which began in 2017.

With the arrival of 5G, the broadened partnership will help to boost the readiness of NTUC Union Members for living and working in an increasingly digitalised world, through new 5G knowledge-building webinar series and exclusive discounts on StarHub’s latest info-communication and entertainment services.

Equipping today’s workers with 5G know-how

Leveraging StarHub’s expertise in 5G innovation as well as its ecosystem of industry partners, NTUC will be launching a series of 5G learning webinars beginning next month and through 2021.

Available free-of-charge for NTUC’s extensive member network, entrepreneurs, business owners and youths will be able to gain a head-start in understanding the transformative nature of 5G and its useful applications for work, home and play, both now and in the future. More information on these webinars will be issued to Union Members soon.

Extended benefits for NTUC Union members and network

Close to 70,000 NTUC Union Members are already enjoying StarHub’s suite of special deals.
