Singapore, 4 February 2020 – As a provider of essential services, StarHub is closely monitoring the Novel Coronavirus (nCoV) developments. We have implemented extended precautionary measures in accordance with guidelines from the Singapore authorities, with the health and safety of our employees in mind, as we enable continued delivery of services to our customers.

These precautionary measures include obtaining travel declarations (from employees, vendors and visitors), limiting international travel and face-to-face meetings, performing temperature checks at office premises, sending regular health advisory to employees, monitoring the health of our employees, and the use of surgical masks for all frontline employees.

StarHub has put in place Business Continuity Plans, which we can activate when required. Employees will be divided into primary and alternate teams where necessary to minimise disruption to our business and customers.

StarHub’s Call Centre, Online Store, and My StarHub mobile app are available to serve the needs of customers who may choose not to visit a retail location at this point in time.
