More value for StarHub’s Sports Group customers
Singapore , 31 March 2008 – Come 15 April 2008, StarHub’s Sports Group customers can enjoy a new dedicated sports channel! Eurosport will be available to all Sports Group customers using the digital set-top box, HubStation or High Definition set-top box, at no additional cost.
Eurosport is a 24-hour channel that offers a comprehensive menu of sports, covering more than 60 sports genres catering to sports viewers looking for variety and choice. It is packaged by Eurosport, the leading sports multimedia platform in Europe. The channel delivers world-class sporting events such as the Africa Cup of Nations Football, WTA Tour, ATP Tour Events, ULEB Cup, Cycling Tour of Spain and Italy, Rugby Heineken Cup, FIA World Touring Car Championships, Motocross World Championships and Athletics IAAF Super Grand Prix. Eurosport also presents a diverse range of Olympic summer and winter sports, as well as the new generation extreme sports.
Following the launch of Eurosport (StarHub Digital Cable Channel 113) on 15 April, the number of channels packaged in StarHub’s popular Sports Group will be increased to nine. The other sports channels in the group include ESPN, Football Channel, STAR Sports, SuperSports, SuperSports Plus, Golf Channel, Goal TV 1 and Goal TV 2. In addition to the Sports Group, StarHub also offers three cricket channels – Neo Sports, STAR Cricket and Cricket Extra, which form the Cricket Group.

Existing StarHub Digital Cable customers who wish to subscribe to the Sports Group can call 1633, while new customers can call 1630 to take on a StarHub Digital Cable package.
