Singapore , 23 April 2007 – From 2 May 2007, customers of StarHub Digital Cable’s Chinese Plus II group will enjoy a new channel - TVB Xing He Channel, at no extra cost!

TVB Xing He Channel (Channel 112) is a 24-hour mandarin drama channel offering popular drama series and telemovies by the leading Hong Kong broadcaster, TVB. The channel’s line-up includes popular genres from period dramas, thrilling action dramas, heart-warming dramas, to delightful comedies. Drama fans will now be able to relish their favourite series featuring Asian superstars such as Chow Yuen Fat (The Shell Game II), Andy Lau (The Other Side Of The Horizon) and Tony Leung Chiu Wai (Hap Hak Hang).

Other key programmes premiering on TVB Xing He Channel include:

  • The Shell Game – A classic drama from the 80’s starring Patrick Tse Yin, Liza Wang and Simon Yam
  • Dragon Love – A fantasy period drama starring Benny Chan and Fennie Yuen
  • Police Station No. 7 – A light-hearted comedy based in the 70’s starring Lawrence Ng and Nancy Sit

New customers must subscribe to at least three Basic Groups before taking on Chinese Plus II.
