3 December 1999, Singapore -- StarHub, Singapore’s new info-communications company today announces that as of 1 April 2000, it will offer an ISP Partnering Programme where StarHub will offer a rebate to any ISP who directly connects its data centre to StarHub’s fixed network. As part of the programme, StarHub will also offer referral fees to ISPs who agree to assist in signing up customers to StarHub’s services. The financial arrangements of the programme will only be disclosed to interested ISPs.

We are confident that this programme will further stimulate the growth of the industry in Singapore. We invite interested ISPs to contact us for details. We are prepared to work with any ISPs in Singapore on a non-discriminatory and non-exclusive basis.”
