StarHub Rewards: Resorts World Staycation 2019 Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”)


Eligibility

  1. This Lucky Draw is for the period commencing 8 August 2019 until 31 October 2019, both dates inclusive (“Lucky Draw Period”).
  2. Participant of this Lucky Draw must be a StarHub customer with an active subscription of StarHub products and services and does not have any outstanding bills with StarHub during the Lucky Draw Period, at the time of the draw and prize redemption.
  3. Employees of StarHub, their immediate families, as well as StarHub’s commercial customers and bulk subscription customers, are not eligible to participate in this Lucky Draw.

    4. Lucky Draw Mechanics

  4. Participants who wish to participate in this Lucky Draw will have to do the following during the Lucky Draw Period:
    • redeem one hundred (100) StarHub Reward points (“Points”) for one (1) chance to participate in this Lucky Draw.
  5. All StarHub customers can participate multiple times in this Lucky Draw by redeeming one hundred (100) Points for one (1) chance each time.
  6. By participating in this Lucky Draw and redeeming the StarHub Reward Points, participants shall be deemed to accept and agree to all terms and conditions of this Lucky Draw.
  7. At the end of, or after the Lucky Draw Period, a winner will be picked from a pool of eligible participants through a lucky draw conducted by StarHub (“Winner”).

    8. Prizes

  8. There will only be ten (10) Winners of the prize. The prize will be a 3D/2N weekend stay at Equarius Hotel inclusive of buffet breakfast for two (2) persons (worth over S$1,500) (“Prize”). 
  9. StarHub reserves the right to redistribute the unclaimed Prize to another participant or donate the unclaimed Prize to the Community Chest or any other approved charitable organization as solely determined by StarHub.
  10. The Prize, or any part thereof, shall not be transferable, exchangeable, redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits.
  11. StarHub reserves the right to replace the Prize with another item of similar value as solely determined by StarHub without prior notice and liability.

    12. Collection

  12. Winner will be notified via mail/email by 2 December 2019 or such other date as may be determined by StarHub.
  13. The Prize must be redeemed in accordance with the notification letter from StarHub.
  14. If Winner fails to collect the Prize by the deadline specified by StarHub, Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize, and no further correspondence will be given or entertained under any circumstances. In such an event, StarHub shall be entitled to redistribute the unclaimed Prize in accordance with paragraph 9 above.
  15. As a condition of the Prize redemption, Winner must sign an acknowledgement and release form prescribed by StarHub in consideration of his or her receipt and use of the Prize.

    16. Personal Data

  16. StarHub will need to collect and use participants' personal data, as well as disclose their personal data to its partners, to facilitate their participation in this Lucky Draw. Such personal data may include without limitation a participant's name, telephone number, email address, personal identification or passport number, as well as his or her pictures, photographs or likeness.
  17. StarHub and its partners reserve the right to use the names, pictures, photographs or likeness of any participant or Winner in their marketing, publicity or promotional materials at their sole discretion without notice to the participant or Winner, or require any participant or Winner to appear in any form of marketing, publicity or promotional activities.
  18. StarHub may also use participants’ personal data to conduct analysis on their use of StarHub products and services to help StarHub improve, review, develop and efficiently manage the products and services offered by StarHub.
  19. By participating in this Lucky Draw, participants consent to StarHub’s and StarHub’s partners’ collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data for the purposes and in the manner described above as well as StarHub Personal Data Protection Policy which may be accessed at StarHub’s website.

    20. Others

  20. StarHub's decisions on the Lucky Draw and the Winner shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute, an individual’s entitlement to participate in this Lucky Draw and a participant’s entitlement to the Prize shall be subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub.
  21. StarHub makes no warranty, assurances or guarantees as to the Prize and shall not be responsible to any Winner and/or any person for the Prize, including but not limited to the redemption and use of the Prize and the specifications, defects or non-performance in the Prizes. Any issue faced with the Prize shall be resolved directly with the merchant, provider or supplier of the Prize.
  22. StarHub shall not be liable to Winner and/or any person for damages, losses, costs or expenses, including but not limited to special, incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive, lost profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings suffered or incurred by Winner and/or any person arising out of or in connection with the redemption and use of the Prize.
  23. StarHub reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this Lucky Draw, or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time, without notice and liability. Participation in this Lucky Draw and continued use of StarHub products and services will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
  24. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and parties agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
