StarHub Rewards - All New Jay Chou Concert World Tour Singapore Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”)


Eligibility

  1. This Lucky Draw is for the period commencing 5 July 2019 until 31 August 2019, both dates inclusive (“Lucky Draw Period”).
  2. Participant of this Lucky Draw must be a StarHub customer with an active subscription of StarHub products and services and does not have any outstanding bills with StarHub during the Lucky Draw Period, at the time of the draw and prize redemption.
  3. Employees of StarHub, their immediate families, as well as StarHub’s commercial customers and bulk subscription customers, are not eligible to participate in this Lucky Draw.

    4. Lucky Draw Mechanics

  4. Participants who wish to participate in this Lucky Draw will have to do the following during the Lucky Draw Period:
    • redeem one hundred (100) StarHub Reward points (“Points”) for one (1) chance to participate in this Lucky Draw.
  5. All StarHub customers can participate multiple times in this Lucky Draw by redeeming one hundred (100) Points for one (1) chance each time.
  6. By participating in this Lucky Draw and redeeming the StarHub Reward Points, participants shall be deemed to accept and agree to all terms and conditions of this Lucky Draw.
  7. At the end of or after the Lucky Draw Period, winners will be picked from eligible participants through a lucky draw conducted by StarHub (“Winners”).

    8. Prizes

  8. “Grand Prize”: There will be one (1) Winners of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize will be a pair of CAT 1 concert tickets, an exclusive photo opportunity with Jay Chou, a pre-event guided tour, $100 F&B gift voucher, autographed poster and concert merchandise.
  9. “2nd  Prize”: There will be three (3) Winners of the 2nd Prize. The 2nd Prize will be a pair of CAT 1 concert tickets, an exclusive photo opportunity with Jay Chou, $100 F&B gift voucher, autographed poster and concert merchandise.
  10. “Consolation Prize”: There will be a total of one hundred and forty (140) Winners of the Consolation Prize. Each Consolation Prize will be a pair of CAT 6 concert tickets.
  11. The Grand Prize, 2nd Prize and the Consolation Prize are collectively referred to as “Prizes”.
  12. StarHub reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed Prizes to other participants or donate any unclaimed Prizes to the Community Chest or any other approved charitable organization as solely determined by StarHub.
  13. The Prizes, or any part thereof, shall not be transferable, exchangeable, redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits.
  14. StarHub reserves the right to replace any Prize with another item of similar value without prior notice and liability.
  15. The Grand Prize’s pre-event guided tour - ‘Ultimate concert experience’, is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    • Date and time arranged by organizer of the concert for guided backstage tour cannot be changed.
    • Guided tour pass is non-transferable. 
    • Tour areas include backstage and back of house permissible areas only.
    • No photography or videography is allowed during the tour.

    16. Collection

  16. Winners will be notified via mail by 27 September 2019 or such other date as may be determined by StarHub.
  17. The Prizes must be redeemed in accordance with the notification letter from StarHub.
  18. If a Winner fails to collect the Prize by the deadline specified by StarHub, the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize, and no further correspondence will be given or entertained under any circumstances. In such an event, StarHub shall be entitled to redistribute the unclaimed Prize(s) to the pool of reserve winners.
  19. As a pre-condition to the Prize redemption, each Winner must sign an acknowledgement and release form prescribed by StarHub in respect of his or her receipt and use of the Prize.

    20. Personal Data

  20. StarHub will need to collect and use participants' personal data, as well as disclose their personal data to its partners, to facilitate their participation in this Lucky Draw. Such personal data may include without limitation a participant's name, telephone number, email address, personal identification or passport number, as well as his or her pictures, photographs or likeness.
  21. StarHub and its partners reserve the right to use the names, pictures, photographs or likeness of any participant or Winner in their marketing, publicity or promotional materials at their sole discretion without notice to the participant or Winner or require any participant or Winner to appear in any form of marketing, publicity or promotional activities.
  22. StarHub may also use participants’ personal data to conduct analysis on their use of StarHub products and services to help StarHub improve, review, develop and efficiently manage the products and services offered by StarHub.
  23. By participating in this Lucky Draw, participants consent to StarHub’s and StarHub’s partners’ collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data for the purposes and in the manner described above as well as StarHub Personal Data Protection Policy which may be accessed at StarHub’s website.

    24. SportsHub Tickets

  24. By participating in this Lucky Draw, participants agree to be bound by SportsHub Pte Ltd (“SportsHub”)’s terms and conditions of ticket sale and entry, which may be accessed via the following link: https://mediabank.sportshub.com.sg/documents/Terms-and-Conditions-of-Ticket-Sales-and-Entry.pdf, and are incorporated herein by way of reference. In addition to the foregoing terms and conditions, participants agree to be bound by the following:
    • Infants in arms and children under 6 years old will not be admitted into the performance venue.
    • Adults and children 6 years old and above will each require a ticket for admission.
    • Tickets are strictly not allowed for re-sale.
    • SportsHub reserves the right to revoke/reject should the customer fail to present verification/ documentation of proof as a StarHub subscriber upon ticket purchase and/or collection.

    25. Others

  25. StarHub's decisions on the Lucky Draw and the Winners shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute, an individual’s entitlement to participate in this Lucky Draw and a participant’s entitlement to the Prizes shall be subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub.
  26. StarHub makes no warranty, assurances or guarantees as to the Prizes and shall not be responsible to any Winner or any person for the Prizes, including but not limited to the redemption and use of the Prizes and the specifications, defects or non-performance in the Prizes. Any issue faced with the Prizes shall be resolved directly with the merchant, provider or supplier of the Prizes.
  27. StarHub shall not be liable to any Winner or any person for damages, losses, costs or expenses, including but not limited to special, incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive, lost profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings suffered or incurred by any Winner or any person arising out of or in connection with the redemption and use of any Prize.
  28. StarHub reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this Lucky Draw, or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time, without notice and liability. Participation in this Lucky Draw and continued use of StarHub products and services will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
  29. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and parties agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
