- This Promotion is applicable to the following StarHub Services and plans:

2. For StarHub TV+, HomeHub+ and Fibre Broadband 2Gbps plans, this Promotion is valid until such date we may determine. For Fibre Broadband 1Gbps and Mobile+ plans, this Promotion is valid till 22 February 2023. For new customers who sign up to the eligible plans, Disney+ bundled access period will start from the date the StarHub Service is activated.
3. As part of the activation process, customers will be sent a link to their registered mobile number or email with StarHub, to activate their Disney+ account. Regardless of activation date, the Disney+ bundled access will end upon the expiry of the prescribed bundled access period tied to the StarHub Service. To take advantage of the bundled access, customers are required to activate their Disney+ account within 30 days from receiving the link.
4. By participating in this Promotion, customers who have activated the Disney+ account will automatically be charged $11.98 with GST per month upon the expiry of the Disney+ bundled access period. Expiry reminders will be sent via SMS and/or email based on our records 30 days prior to the end of the bundled access period. Customers who do not wish to be charged must unsubscribe their Disney+ subscription via the StarHub App within the 30-day period before the expiry of the bundled access period. Failing which, their Disney+ subscription will auto-renew every month without notice until they cancel. Customers who do not activate the Disney+ account will not be charged for the Disney+ subscription after the promotional period.
5. Customers will need to maintain their subscription plans throughout the promotional period to enjoy their Disney+ bundled access. If customers are no longer subscribing to the eligible plans, their Disney+ bundled access will be terminated immediately.
6. Prevailing data charges apply for streaming Disney+ content on StarHub Post-Paid Mobile Service.
7. StarHub reserves the rights to revise any of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
8. The use of Disney+ service and the Disney+ app, including the features and functionality contained therein, will be subject to the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement.

Free 1 month iQIYI Standard VIP Subscription Promotion
- Promotion is valid till further notice.
- The promo only applies to iQIYI Standard VIP Plan.
- Customers need to sign up to iQIYI as an add on under StarHub TV+ or standalone internet TV subscription via StarHub TV+ store in order to enjoy the promo.
- Customers will be charged $6.98/mth (inclusive of GST) from the second month onwards.
- This Promotion cannot be used to offset any existing subscription charges, service-related charges such as device, equipment, activation, termination or any outstanding balances due to StarHub.
- This Promotion is non-exchangeable for cash or kind, is non-refundable and non-transferable.

StarHub TV+ box
- Applicable for StarHub TV+ and HomeHub+ customers only.
- A rental fee of $5.96/month per set top box apply, unless otherwise stated.
- StarHub Fibre Broadband with Smart WiFi (Nokia Beacon 1 Wi-Fi mesh router))/Smart WiFi Pro (Linksys MX4200) are required to enjoy free-to-air channels on the TV+ box.
- New customers may watch their subscribed channels on the StarHub TV+ app or web with their Hub iD before the delivery of the TV+ box.
- Recontract customers may continue watching their existing channels on the Fibre TV set-top box until the day before the TV+ box delivery. On the day of delivery, customer may watch their newly subscribed channels on the StarHub TV+ app or web with their Hub iD before the delivery of the TV+ box.
- As TV+ and HomeHub+ service cannot be supported by Fibre TV set-top box, it is recommended that recontract customers arrange for the delivery of TV+ box on the Fibre activation date to minimise service disruption.

Return of Fibre TV Set-top Box
- Customers who have recontracted to StarHub TV+ or HomeHub+ are required to return their existing Fibre TV set-top box(es), along with the remote control(s) and power cable(s) within 7 days from their sign-up date.
- Customers may prepare the equipment for StarHub’s collection upon the delivery of their TV+ box (if any). Alternatively, customers may drop off the equipment at any of these 4 StarHub Shops during operating hours – Plaza Singapura, Tampines Mall, Nex and Jurong Point.
- Failing to do so, an equipment loss charge will apply.

New sign ups with Coupon Code with 1Gbps/2Gbps Fibre Broadband
- Promotion is valid till further notice.
- For new StarHub Broadband subscribers only.
- Promotion is given only upon successful applicable of a valid coupon code at StarHub Online Store.
- Prevailing monthly subscription will apply after the free month promotion.
- Early Termination Charge is applicable in the event of service termination.

- Promotion of one FREE mobile plan is included for all new and re-contract customers who sign up for any Mobile+ $69/$99/$129/$169 2-year plan, 4G $55 2-year plan, 4G $25 SIM Only 1-year plan, 4G $25 SIM Only no contract or 2-year Broadband, Entertainment or HomeHub Plus plan via StarHub Shops only.
- Promotion of one FREE mobile plan is applicable to all new and re-contract customers who sign up for any Mobile+ $69/$99/$129/$169 2-year plan, 4G $55 2-year plan via StarHub Online Store.
- This promotion is not valid for change of plan via My StarHub App or My Account Manager.
- This mobile plan is issued as an additional new mobile line with a mobile number and is free for the initial 24 consecutive months, thereafter $8.07/month is chargeable unless otherwise terminated.
- This mobile plan comes with 1GB and 50 outgoing minutes. Excess data and voice charges are applicable upon utilization of plan bundle.

3 months Amazon Prime Membership on us Promotion
- Promotion is valid till further notice.
- This Promotion is applicable to all new and re-contracting residential customers subscribing to the following StarHub Services and Plans:
- StarHub TV+ on a 12-month or 24-month contract;
- 1Gbps or 2Gbps StarHub Fibre Broadband on a 24-month contract; or
- HomeHub+ 1G or 2G on a 24-month contract.
- Customers can enjoy the first 3 months of Amazon Prime membership on us. You will be charged the then-current monthly charge (currently $2.99/month inclusive of GST) from the 4th month onwards.
- Customers need to activate the Amazon Prime membership via My StarHub App within 30 days, upon receiving the SMS and/or email notification from StarHub. As part of the activation process, customers are required to create an Amazon account with a valid email address or mobile number and password upon re-direction to the Amazon website.
- Amazon Prime Membership: Amazon Prime is provided solely by Amazon. You will enter into a separate contract with Amazon directly for your Amazon Prime Membership. You must review and accept the Amazon Prime terms and conditions as set out on Amazon’s website. To learn more about Amazon Prime, please visit Amazon’s website. We do not own or operate Amazon Prime and are not responsible for it. If you are already an Amazon Prime member, you can activate the promotional offer through StarHub once your membership has ended with Amazon (within the 30-day period described above).
- After activation, subscription to Amazon Prime will auto-renew on a monthly basis unless you unsubscribe Amazon Prime through My StarHub App prior to such expiration. Expiry reminders will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address with StarHub 30 days prior to the end of the promotional period.

Delivery date and time for the re-delivery will be based on availability.

Free 1-month HBO Pak Promotion
- Promotion is valid with effect from 17 April 2023 until such date as StarHub may determine in its sole and discretion.
- This promotion (“Promotion”) only applies to any new sign ups or re-contracting of a minimum of 1 TV+ pass with an add-on of HBO Pak. In respect of such sign-ups, the first month of HBO Pak shall be free (Usual Price: $14.12/mth).
- HBO Pak will be charged at the prevailing rate of $14.12/mth (inclusive of GST) from the second month onwards.
- This Promotion is exclusively available to customers who sign up through the StarHub online store.

Sports+ and Premier+ bundle
- Eligibility: All new and re-contracting residential customers are eligible to sign up for Sports+ and Premier+ bundle (“Promotion”) valid with a 24-month contract.
- The monthly subscription charges for Sports+ and Premier+ will be billed at a discounted rate of $42.99 (inclusive of GST) for 24 months. Thereafter, you will be billed for Sports+ and Premier+ at their prevailing rates from the 25th month onwards.
- As part of this Promotion, you will not be able to cancel Sports+ and Premier+ from StarHub TV+ during the contract period.
- This Promotion is only available until such date as we may determine and may be amended or rescinded at any time, in our sole and absolute discretion.
- This Promotion cannot be used to offset existing subscription charges or outstanding balances due to StarHub.

Free 12 months HomeHub+ 1G with Sports+ and Premier+ bundle
Eligibility: All new residential customers without an existing StarHub Fibre Broadband service are eligible to sign up for Free 12 months HomeHub+ 1G with Sports+ and Premier+ bundle (“Promotion”) valid with a 24-month contract.
This Promotion subscription includes the following services:
o StarHub TV+: Sports+ and Premier+; and
o HomeHub+ 1G Bundle: 1000Mbps Fibre Broadband and Netflix Standard Plan.
- The monthly subscription charges for Sports+ and Premier+ will be billed at a discounted rate of $42.99 (inclusive of GST) for 24 months. Thereafter, you will be billed for Sports+ and Premier+ at their prevailing rates from the 25th month onwards.
- The monthly subscription charges for HomeHub+ 1G Bundle will be free for the first 12 months. Thereafter, you will be billed $48.35 (inclusive of GST) from the 13th month onwards.
- As part of this Promotion, you will not be able to remove Sports+ and Premier+ from StarHub TV+ during the contract period.
- This Promotion is only available until such date as we may determine and may be amended or rescinded at any time, in our sole and absolute discretion.
