Existing customers who are already on Mobile+ $95/$155 2-year plan before 7 January 2021

  1. From 14 September 2021 until such time we may determine, customers who sign up for HubBundle 1G (5G SIM only) plan, are eligible to access Disney+ through the Mobile+ $38 SIM Only 1-year plan for a period of 12 months or until 22 February 2023, whichever is the earlier. The Disney+ bundled access will commence from the date the Disney+ app is launched, or from the date the StarHub Post-Paid Mobile+ Service is activated, whichever is the later;
  2. From 16 December 2021 until such time we may determine, customers who sign up for HubBundle 2G (5G SIM Only), are eligible to access Disney+ through the Mobile+ $38 SIM Only 1-year plan for a period of 12 months or until 22 February 2023, whichever is the earlier. The Disney+ bundled access will commence from the date the Disney+ app is launched, or from the date the StarHub Post-Paid Mobile+ Service is activated, whichever is the later;
  3. This Promotion is valid until such date we may determine. For new customers who sign up to the eligible plans, Disney+ bundled access period will start from the date the StarHub Service is activated.
  4. As part of the activation process, customers will be sent a link to their registered mobile number or email with StarHub, to activate their Disney+ account. Regardless of activation date, the Disney+ bundled access will end upon the expiry of the prescribed bundled access period tied to the StarHub Service. To take advantage of the bundled access, customers are encouraged to activate their Disney+ account within 30 days from receiving the link.
  5. By participating in this Promotion, customers who have activated the Disney+ account will automatically be charged $11.98 with GST per month upon the expiry of the Disney+ bundled access period. Expiry reminders will be sent via SMS and/or email based on our records 30 days prior to the end of the bundled access period. Customers who do not wish to be charged must unsubscribe their Disney+ subscription via My StarHub App within the 30-day period before the expiry of the bundled access period. Failing which, their Disney+ subscription will auto-renew every month without notice until they cancel. Customers who do not activate the Disney+ account will not be charged for the Disney+ subscription after the promotional period.
  6. Customers will need to maintain their subscription plans throughout the promotional period to enjoy their Disney+ bundled access. If customers are no longer subscribing to the eligible plans, their Disney+ bundled access will be terminated immediately.
  7. Prevailing data charges apply for streaming Disney+ content on StarHub Post-Paid Mobile Service.
  8. StarHub reserves the rights to revise any of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  9. The use of Disney+ service and the Disney+ app, including the features and functionality contained therein, will be subject to the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement.

Disney+ Add-On (2 months on us) Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. This Promotion is valid from 23 February 2021 until such date we may determine.
  2. Promotion is only applicable to eligible StarHub post-paid customers who (i) subscribe to Disney+ as an add-on Service and (ii) are not on any Eligible StarHub Services.
  3. Customers can enjoy the first 2 months of Disney + on us. You will be charged the then-current monthly charge (currently $11.98/month inclusive of GST) from the third month onwards.
  4. A 6-month commitment period applies. An Early Termination Charge based on monthly recurring charge x remaining months is applicable if customers terminate the Disney+ Add-on within the commitment period.
  5. Customers who subscribe to Disney+ Add-On can switch to Disney+ bundled access at any time by subscribing to any 2 TV+ Passes, 1Gbps/2Gbps Broadband plan with 24-month contract, Mobile+ $95/$125/$155 2-year plan or HubBundle plan with a 24-month contract. Once customers subscribe to one of the eligible plans, their Disney+ Add-On subscription will be converted to Disney+ bundled access. The Early Termination Charge will not be imposed if the conversion is done within the 6-month commitment period.
  6. Monthly recurring charge of Disney+ Add-On is non-prorated. You will be charged for the full month even if the Disney+ Add-On is taken up after the start of the month.
  7. Maximum of one Disney+ Add-On for each post-paid Service, unless you are a HomeHub customer, you can choose to add Disney+ to your StarHub TV Service, StarHub Broadband Service or both.
  8. Disney+ Add-On is only available through My StarHub App and must be activated by completing the activation process via My StarHub App.
  9. Prevailing data charges apply for streaming Disney+ content on StarHub Post-Paid Mobile Service.
  10. StarHub reserves the rights to revise any of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  11. The use of Disney+ service and the Disney+ app, including the features and functionality contained therein, will be subject to the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement.

  1. Promotion is only valid till until such date we may determine. 
  2. Offer is only valid to new sign ups (new Broadband and new SIM Only plan)
  3. Free 1 month subscription is valid in the first month of sign up. Usual monthly subscription fee applies from the 2nd month onwards.
  4. Early Termination Charge is applicable in the event of service termination.

  1. Promotion is only valid till until such date we may determine.
  2. Available only at point of sign up/recontract to HubBundle plan and StarHub reserves the right to determine your eligibility to participate in this Promotion.
  3. Extra 10GB promotion is applicable for 24 consecutive months with sign up/re-contract to HubBundle plan, thereafter the plan will revert to the mobile plan's original data entitlement.
  4. In the event that any Service in the HubBundle plan is terminated or a subscriber is no longer on the HubBundle plan, the additional 10GB of data will cease immediately without notice to you. If you take up a standalone Mobile+ SIM-only Plan after terminating the HubBundle Plan, your data entitlement will revert to the mobile plan's original data entitlement. Any excess usage will be charged at prevailing rates.
  5. Early Termination Charge is applicable in the event of service termination.

  2. Available only at point of sign up/recontract to HubBundle plan and StarHub reserves the right to determine your eligibility to participate in this Promotion.
  3. Extra 20GB promotion is applicable for 3 consecutive months with sign up/re-contract to HubBundle plan, thereafter the plan will revert to the mobile plan's original data entitlement.
  4. In the event that any Service in the HubBundle plan is terminated or a subscriber is no longer on the HubBundle plan, the additional 20GB of data will cease immediately without notice to you.   3. Available only at point of sign up with a 24-month contract and Entertainment+/Asian+ as the selected TV+ Pass.
  4. Customers who has selected Asian+ as the first TV+ pass will get to enjoy Free 12 months TVBAnywhere+.

Free 2 months iQIYI Standard VIP Subscription Promotion

  1. Promotion is valid till further notice. 
  2. The promo only applies to iQIYI Standard VIP Plan.
  3. Customers need to sign up to iQIYI as an add on under StarHub TV+ or standalone internet TV subscription via StarHub TV+ store in order to enjoy the promo.
  4. Customers will be charged $8.98/mth (inclusive of GST) from the third month onwards.
  5. This Promotion cannot be used to offset any existing subscription charges, service-related charges such as device, equipment, activation, termination or any outstanding balances due to StarHub.

StarHub TV+ box  

  1. Applicable for StarHub TV+ and HomeHub+ customers only.
  2. A rental fee of $5/month and 12-month commitment apply, unless otherwise stated.
  3. StarHub Fibre Broadband with Smart WiFi (Nokia Beacon 1 Wi-Fi mesh router))/Smart WiFi Pro (Linksys MX4200) are required to enjoy free-to-air channels on the TV+ box.
  4. New customers may watch their subscribed channels on the StarHub TV+ app or web with their Hub iD before the delivery of the TV+ box.
  5. Recontract customers may continue watching their existing channels on the Fibre TV set-top box until the day before the TV+ box delivery. On the day of delivery, customer may watch their newly subscribed channels on the StarHub TV+ app or web with their Hub iD before the delivery of the TV+ box.
  6. As TV+ and HomeHub+ service cannot be supported by Fibre TV set-top box, it is recommended that recontract customers arrange for the delivery of TV+ box on the Fibre activation date to minimise service disruption.
  7. StarHub reserves the rights to revise any of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

 

Return of Fibre TV Set-top Box

  1. Customers who have recontracted to StarHub TV+ or HomeHub+ are required to return their existing Fibre TV set-top box(es), along with the remote control(s) and power cable(s) within 7 days from their sign-up date.
  2. Customers may prepare the equipment for StarHub’s collection upon the delivery of their TV+ box (if any). Alternatively, customers may drop off the equipment at any of these 4 StarHub Shops during operating hours – Plaza Singapura, Tampines Mall, Nex and Jurong Point.
  3. Failing to do so, an equipment loss charge will apply.
  4. StarHub reserves the rights to revise any of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

 

New sign ups with Coupon Code with 1Gbps Fibre Broadband

  1. Promotion is valid till further notice. 
  2. For new StarHub Broadband subscribers only.
  3. Promotion is given only upon successful applicable of a valid coupon code at StarHub Online Store. 
  4. Prevailing monthly subscription will apply after the free month promotion.
  5. Early Termination Charge is applicable in the event of service termination.

  1. Promotion is valid from 14 April 2022 to 31 May 2022 or while stocks last.
  2. Promotion is open to all customers signing up/re-contracting to StarHub’s 2Gbps Broadband plans/bundles with a 24-month contract.
  3. Promotion is only valid for orders with StarHub Broadband successfully installed by 30 Jun 2022.
  4. Free Samsung Soundbar will be based on the 2Gbps Broadband plan/bundle signed up, refer to table below.
  5. Limit to maximum 1 Free Samsung Soundbar per service address. Not applicable to customers who have previously signed up for Free 4K Android TV promotion.
  6. Promotion is valid for HomeHub+ 2G with Asian+ or Entertainment+ taken as the first TV+ pass at point of sign up.
  7. StarHub’s appointed courier company will be contacting eligible customers to arrange delivery for the free Samsung Soundbar.
  8. Free delivery and installation will be provided for the free Samsung Soundbar. Installation includes basic tabletop installation and simple plug and play to TV (using HDMI cables). Service to connect soundbar to customer's amplifier is NOT included. Wall mounting service for the soundbar using the original bracket provided in the box will be at $37.45 (with GST).
  9. Customers who miss the free delivery attempt by the courier company at the agreed appointment date and time will be charged $55 (before GST) by the courier company for each subsequent attempt to deliver the free soundbar. Delivery date and time for the re-delivery will be based on availability.
  10. StarHub will not be liable for any incidental or indirect damages/injuries related to the free Samsung Soundbar.

3 months Amazon Prime Membership on us Promotion

  1. Promotion is valid till further notice. 
  2. This Promotion is applicable to all new and re-contracting residential customers subscribing to the following StarHub Services and Plans:
    • StarHub TV+ on a 12-month or 24-month contract;
    • 1Gbps or 2Gbps StarHub Fibre Broadband on a 24-month contract; or
    • HomeHub+ 1G or 2G on a 24-month contract.
  3. Customers can enjoy the first 3 months of Amazon Prime membership on us. You will be charged the then-current monthly charge (currently $2.99/month inclusive of GST) from the 4th month onwards.
  4. Customers need to activate the Amazon Prime membership via My StarHub App within 30 days, upon receiving the SMS and/or email notification from StarHub.  As part of the activation process, customers are required to create an Amazon account with a valid email address or mobile number and password upon re-direction to the Amazon website.
  5. Amazon Prime Membership: Amazon Prime is provided solely by Amazon. You will enter into a separate contract with Amazon directly for your Amazon Prime Membership. You must review and accept the Amazon Prime terms and conditions as set out on Amazon’s website. To learn more about Amazon Prime, please visit Amazon’s website. We do not own or operate Amazon Prime and are not responsible for it. If you are already an Amazon Prime member, you can activate the promotional offer through StarHub once your membership has ended with Amazon (within the 30-day period described above).
  6. After activation, subscription to Amazon Prime will auto-renew on a monthly basis unless you unsubscribe Amazon Prime through My StarHub App prior to such expiration.  Expiry reminders will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address with StarHub 30 days prior to the end of the promotional period.
